The article presents the experience of the Department of Economic Theory and Law on the organization of classroom work and vneauditoronoy students, based on the concept of a new standard of higher education, which aims at improving teachers forms of organization of the educational process in higher education.

The article is devoted to the problem of learning, which is how the creative process is represented in the form of solutions custom research-training tasks non-standard methods. This is due to the fact that the main task of modern education is seen in the acquisition of graduates methodology creative transformation of the world. In the article the peculiarities of application of methods of problem-based learning that can be applied in teaching economic theory.

The implementation of competence-based approach – a method that allows you to determine the outcome of education in accordance with the requirements of modern society, modern production and modern spe-cialist. The problem of the formation of competencies because of their complexity and systemic nature of innovation requires the expertise required for its use in each of the educational program. At this point, all the more necessary to pay attention to the competence of teachers needed to achieve the strategic goals of education.

In this article the technology of Assessment – the center, as training technology and the tool of an assessment of formation at being trained common cultural and professional competences is considered.

Training in a magistracy is an important step to becoming a professional researcher. Scientific-research work of students is carried out from positions of the competence-based approach, which is a concept of organization of educational process, in which the goal of learning is the acquisition of the totality of the necessary competences for the student as a future specialist. The article proves the competence approach in the organization of research work with students in the direction 110100 – Agrochemistry and soil science. This article deals with the historical regional trip (expedition) on the study of agricultural enterprises and rural settlements of the Omsk Oblast and West Siberian region as a method of forming cultural and professional competences in extra-curricular activities. The authors recommend a list of questions that should be included in the plan of study of agricultural enterprises, their history and modern infrastructure during his visit to the Central farm of the agricultural companies and the included in their management human settlements.

For intensification of the educational process is increasingly started to use the forms and means of training, aimed at active use in teaching new methods of cognition. The article describes the experience of the use of role games in the teaching discipline “Diagnostics of power plants”.

The author considers the best, in his opinion, the problems that are associated with the patriotic education of the university offers his vision of how to update the means, forms, methods, and technologies related to the patriotic education of students.

This article analyzes the conditions of implementation of the competency approach in assessing personnel. Carried out an analysis of competency approaches in professional activities, are experiences of foreign experts working in the field of labor.
