The preservation and promotion of human health is one of the complex and important issues that has not lost its significance from antiquity to the present time. The task of protecting the young generation is also important for modern civilized society, since the future of the nation is determined by the condition of health and quality of life of new members of society. According to the Research Institute of Hygiene and Prevention of Diseases of Children, Adolescents and Youth, the health status of preschoolers has degraded sharply over the past decades. A healthy lifestyle plays a leading role in a variety of factors affecting the physical development and health of children. It should be noted that this problem is recognized at the government level in the field of education: for example, issues of health preservation and measures to improve the condition of children's health are necessarily reflected in the Law "On Education", the National Doctrine of Education of the Russian Federation, in the Concept of Modernization of Russian Education for the period up to 2025, in the Federal State Educational Standards of preschool education, the Federal Target Program for the Development of Education up to 2025, etc. However, despite the implementation of federal legislation on the issue of health promotion, the search for a solution to the problem of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle remains relevant due to the fact that most teachers of preschool educational organizations do not consider the physical development of children as a priority goal of their professional activities. The purpose of our research is as follows: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the model of building up the competence of teachers of preschool educational organizations in the field of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle. The theoretical significance of the study consists in the fact that the idea of the specifics of the professional competence of an educator in terms of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle has been expanded, the components of the professional competence of a teacher of a preschool educational organization in the field of initiating pre-school students into a healthy lifestyle have been identified; optimal diagnostic tools for building up the professional competence in the field of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle have been selected and developed; a theoretical model of building up the teacher's professional competence in the field of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle is constructed; a comparative analysis of the manifestation of the professional competence components among young and experienced teachers of a preschool educational organization in the field of a healthy lifestyle of preschoolers is made. The practical significance of the study is due to the fact that the developed diagnostic program for building up the professional competence of a teacher of a preschool educational organization in the field of initiating preschoolers into a healthy lifestyle and the technology of its implementation can be used by educators of preschool educational organizations. The presented materials can form the basis for the development of methodological recommendations for teachers. The results obtained in the study can be widely used in the work of the methodological branch of education, in the work of professional methodological associations.

The priority goal of education in a modern school is the development of a person with highly developed interrelated cognitive processes. Purpose: to identify the characteristics of the relationship between the properties of attention and the academic performance of fourth grade students, conditioned by the educational process in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, to work out a program for the development of attention and draw up appropriate methodological recommendations. The ascertaining experiment was carried out on the basis of the secondary school No. 21 in Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region (N = 70 people, of which 28 students of the fourth grade: 15 girls, 13 boys) using three tests (“Remember and dot” by R. S. Nemov, Pieron-Ruser test, “Schulte Tables”), diagnostics of academic performance in the electronic journal and report card, rank correlation coefficient by Ch. E. Spearman. The results show that more than a third of students (36%) have low and below average levels of concentration, stability and attention span. The calculation of the rank correlation coefficient by Ch. E. Spearman confirmed direct correlations (high level of attention properties correlates with high academic performance). Carrying out an ascertaining experiment and subsequent analysis of the results obtained made it possible to work out a program (20 lessons, 2 lessons per week) and draw up psychological and pedagogical recommendations for the development of the attention properties of fourth-grade students. The purpose of the program: the development of the attention properties (stability, concentration, span) of fourth-grade students. The objectives of the program: to develop the properties of attention, mental skills, fine motor skills of the hands, perseverance and the ability to concentrate. The content of the program is determined on the basis of following after the content of the same program for preschoolers. Methodological recommendations include several integrative areas of pedagogical activity (selection of exercises, creation of pedagogical conditions for their implementation, creation of a favorable psychological climate, individual work with students, organization of complex joint work of teachers and parents).

In the distance learning system (DLS), as in any other pedagogical system consisting of components such as the purpose, content, means, forms and methods of teaching, students and instructors [1], the teacher acts as a key component that guarantees the effectiveness of the learning process. The relevance of the work is explained by the incredible surge in the use of distance learning, both in international and in Russian educational practice due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic on the one hand and the lack of readiness of university teachers to use distance learning on the other. Thus, the training /advanced training of university teachers who are capable and ready (professionally, technically, psychologically) to implement activities in the DLS becomes one of the priorities of modern education. The purpose of this article is to develop a model of personal and professional competency of a distance learning teacher as a strategic perspective for his/her training and to analyze the components of his/her activities. The leading approaches in this work are polysubject (based on a rich and complex human being nature), professional (preparation for a profession through its detailed examination), culturological and innovative (the ability to react quickly to changes dictated by newly formed circumstances and external conditions). The main results of the work are to substantiate the specific features of the professional activity of a distance learning teacher; to develop a model of the integral personal and professional competency of a distance learning teacher; to analyze the components of his/her activity. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the expansion of knowledge concerning the qualification characteristics of distance learning teachers. The practical significance of the work consists in the application of the results obtained in the preparation / advanced training of university teachers to work in distance learning. The acquired knowledge can be applied in the training of teachers not only in higher, but also in secondary educational institutions of various profiles.

The relevance of the study is due to the ever-increasing volume of study hours that students are forced to spend at the computer during the pandemic, studying remotely. In addition, the development of computer technologies, steadily moving forward, has led to their active use as a part of the educational process in university education. So, the teacher, moving in step with the times, is obliged to monitor these changes and master new didactic means and forms of teaching. All this determined the purpose of our work – to describe the possibilities of electronic didactics using Internet resources to optimize and systematize teaching language disciplines (speech culture and business communications) to students of technical specialties. In the course of the study, a review of the Internet resources was carried out, allowing to optimize and diversify the process of learning the native language at the university. This reviewing used a system of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, etc.), as well as a method of statistical calculation. When describing the theoretical provisions of the article, the authors relied on general didactic principles (scientific character, availability, expediency, deliberateness, etc.) that determine the choice of the form and means of teaching students. A survey of students was also conducted to find their awareness of Internet resources within the framework of the studied language courses (questionnaire method). As a result, various free educational materials posted on the Internet and expanding the possibilities of university education in teaching the culture of speech and business communications are classified; the most successful resources are identified, their didactic opportunities are described (from textbooks and practical works collections to special websites and training courses). The practical significance of the research lies in the identification and description of educational Internet resources with the description of their didactic potential and specifics of use: language games, online tests of various contents, exercises, textbooks, linguistic crosswords, etc. The theoretical significance is due to the expansion of ideas about the forms of organizing a training session on speech culture and business communications, taking into account the use of Internet resources.

The digital transformation of the processes taking place in the educational sphere involves the active use of digital technologies. With the help of these technologies, the construction of diverse communication channels is carried out, which the subjects of educational activity can use when receiving and exchanging educational materials, for the assimilation of educational content and for other purposes defined as an element of educational activity. At the same time, digital transformation creates conditions in an educational organization that are close to the conditions characterizing the digital economy and other areas subject to digital transformation, and therefore increases the effectiveness of the educational process by accelerating the formation of competences required for activities in these areas. The practice of teaching in the conditions of digital transformation of the educational process suggests that significant attention is paid to the subjective characteristics of the educational process organization, in particular, to the availability of educational materials and the ability to organize the educational process by using diverse communication channels between the subjects of educational activity. At the same time, there is a need to assess how actively various communication channels organized by means of digital technologies are actually used in educational activities, and what is the assessment of their use by students. All of the above determined the relevance of the issues raised in the study, as well as the formulation of the research goal, which includes the characteristics of the capabilities of students of higher education institutions to use various channels of obtaining educational content in the educational process, sharing it, as well as to successfully assimilate educational materials and build up competences in the process of using various channels of interaction implemented by means of digital technologies. The study involved conducting a survey of students of the A.N.Tupolev KNRTU(Kazan), generalizing and processing the survey results by using a set of research methods to assess and analyze the digital transformation of the educational process.

Since the issues related to the study of the conflict behavior of students – future teachers and the determination of the most effective ways of managing it are reflected not only in the research works of modern scientists but also in the practical activities of administrative services of educational institutions seeking to provide a conflict-free environment for the teaching staff interaction, we consider it necessary to focus on the purposeful preparation of students to manage their own behavior in conflict confrontation. The purpose of the article – to analize the formation among students teachers the skills of managing their own behavior in a conflict confrontation with subsequent development, filling with the content of the main components. The target category is 4th-, 5th-year students who are trained in pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical areas with the assignment of bachelor's and master’s degrees. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem), empirical (questionnaire, testing, ascertaining experiment). It seems relevant to develop proposals for improving students teachers training to manage their own behavior in a conflict confrontation, assuming an optimal personal conflict level, in which teachers demonstrate the ability to smooth corners, find a compromise, not to aggravate the situation, continuing to defend their own position in a conflict confrontation; the most constructive way of behavior in a conflict that meets the specifics of conflict confrontation; the ability to self-control in communication, the ability to flexibly respond to changes in the situation, the motivation to change depending on the situation, the ability to predict communication situations; a type of emotional reaction with such a way of transforming internal and external influences that allows you to freely show positive feelings, unconditional love for others, creative, constructive activity. The developed program is aimed at improving psychological literacy, conflictological competence of students teachers; students' understanding of the psychological essence of conflict confrontation, its specifics; formation of constructive behavior skills in conflict confrontation; reaction to negative emotions, improvement of self-control in communication. Within the framework of the selected components, students are provided with the socio-psychological trainings; a cycle of individual psychological counseling, if necessary, autogenic training; self-analysis of conflict confrontation.

The development of children's tourism plays an important role for any region, since it simultaneously performs several socially significant functions: educational, upbringing and recreational. The purpose of the work is to analyze the development of children's tourism in the Altai region. Main results: stages of children's tourism formation are revealed; priority areas for the development of children's tourism are identified, including those as a field of additional education; the tasks assigned to organizations working in the sphere of children's tourism are formulated; specialized Internet content was analyzed; the conclusion is made about wide experience in the field of tourism development and the need for further work to improve children's tourism in Altai.
