The speech is known to represent a person's thinking, his system of values and moral standards. In the process of the social interaction simulation mechanisms often work independently of the consciousness of the translator and the recipient, so teachers, journalists, lawyers, officials should demonstrate compliance with the norms of traditional voice and value relationship to the language. The author notes the decline of the voice culture in the official communication and offers to start the school course with the study of the basics of the speech culture.
