The role and value of didactics of the higher school are considered in article from positions of motivation of students to educational activity. Intrinsic lines of various groups of methods their influence on motivation and prospects of development of didactics of the higher school are defined.

This paper is devoted to the development of tools measuring the level of creativity of students, experi-mental results are presented on the analysis of questionnaires developed based on the theory of measure-ment of latent variables. The main result is the recommendation for the correction of sets of items of the questionnaire.

The problem of a current state of the educational environment of school is considered in the report. The list and contents of requirements which realization promotes increase of personal activity trained in self-development are allocated and analyzed. Also the complete organizational and pedagogical technology of its stage-by-stage formation is offered.

Within the framework of the theory of latent variables teachers’ professional performance based on portfolio is measured. This work shows the results of research in the increase of the effectiveness of the educational process in the field of supplementary education. The practical outcome of the research has been the creation of a sys-temic pattern of informatization for increasing the effectiveness of the educational process in institutions for supplementary education. This pattern is orientated on the perfection of the mechanisms and the organiza-tional and pedagogical conditions that enable informatization of institutions for supplementary education in the formation of information culture and in the development of information creativity in the participants of the educational process. The first block of this pattern tends to create an information media in institutions for supplementary education. The second block represents the use of informative technology in supplemen-tary education. The third block of the pattern of informatization of institutions for supplementary education is orientated on the development of information creativity of the participants of the educational process. The mechanisms of formation of information culture in the participants of the educational process are de-scribed in the fourth block of this pattern. The article describes also the mechanisms of implementation of the pattern, the perspectives of development and the approach towards the assessment of the efficiency of project implementation.

In this work the theoretical aspect of concept creative competence of the teacher of initial classes is con-sidered. The purpose of work is detection of creative competence of teachers of initial classes.

The formation of personality, the process of socialization occur under the influence of many factors. Family and school are the public institutions, with which for many centuries formed the identity of the child and is the primary socialization. It is teachers and parents have a crucial and dominant influence on the preparation of man for life. For many years teachers and parents interested in a quality education for their children that, in their opinion, is a guarantee of a good future. The presence of a common goal families and schools contributed to the fact that teachers and parents are always looking for ways of joint teaching activities to achieve it. Meanwhile, due to objective and subjective reasons for the connection between home and school was either lost, or has ceased to meet the modern objective realities. It is the integration of new pedagogical phenomenon may allow the family and the school to enter into sig-nificant new partnerships, involving dialogue, consistency, equality, mutual interest of the parties. It is im-portant that when integrative process appears not just a formal summation of the subjects of the interaction or the summation of the influence of these subjects: integration of family and school will allow the parts to connect to an integer is not as elementary amount. This, in turn, will lead to the formation of a new integra-tive pedagogical quality objects that will determine the mutual transformation of synthesized parts, and the person will acquire a new quality, which can only appear as the result of the integration of family and school.

This article discusses the health-preserving technologies creating the best possible conditions for the preservation, strengthening and development of personal and physical health of all subjects of the educational process.

In this work the technique of an assessment of creativity of teenagers is considered. The creativity assessment example on a linear scale is analysed, efficiency of the program for formation of creativity is measured and value of more detailed studying of this problem is staticized.
