Family upbringing is one of the main basic things in personal education. K.D. Ushinski made a great contribution to this part of upbringing. According to its study, the upbringing of a child begins in the family. The upbringing of moral acts in young people is also important. It would be a good idea to organize at schools a special lecture – halls for parents. Where they could study to upbring their children.
In 2024, declared the «Year of the Family» in Russia, the emphasis is on the importance of the family as a key institution. Special attention is paid to the impact of parental conflicts on the emotional and psychological state of children. Family conflicts create a sense of anxiety, insecurity and emotional tension in a child, which makes it difficult to socialize and develop a personality. An adequate study of these factors will make it possible to form a supportive family environment necessary for the healthy growth and development of the younger generation.

The report is devoted to the importance of emotional liberation for teachers and parents as factors contributing to professional effectiveness, maintaining psychological health and harmonizing family relations. The main causes of emotional overload, its negative impact on personality and relationships, as well as methods of overcoming stress are considered.Special attention is paid to breathing practices, catharsis techniques and exercises to relieve emotional tension, which help restore vital energy and maintain internal balance. The described approaches are universal tools for managing emotions, allowing the teacher and the parent to maintain a resource state, inspire others and achieve personal goals.

The article examines the issue of interaction between a preschool organization and parents for the purpose of effective child development. Family and kindergarten represent two educational structures: the family lays the foundations for children's development, and kindergarten, thanks to the latest methods, allows them to be activated and consolidated. Teachers of preschool educational organizations, along with traditional forms of interaction, effectively use new non-traditional forms of cooperation with parents for joint solution of educational tasks. Joint work in the triad «Teachers – parents – children» allows for interaction and mutual understanding of all participants in the educational process.
