The article formulates the main pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, subject to their participation in socio-cultural projects, provides an overview of domestic and foreign methods for the formation of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, highlights criteria for the development of emotional intelligence of children and adolescents in the general education system, rele-vant for a multicultural environment.
The article highlights the close relationship between the formation of emotional and social intelligence of students.
The purpose of the study is to identify the most effective techniques and technologies for the development of individual components of emotional intelligence of schoolchildren through their participation in socio–cultural life, on the basis of a review of modern publications, to determine the factors that ensure the success of intercultural communication, tolerance, empathy, and communication skills.
The main attention in the article is paid to the coordination of actions to establish the emotional intelligence of schoolchildren, taking into account individual and personal characteristics, socio-cultural and linguistic skills, cultural characteristics of the educational community as a whole.
The article discusses an approach to implementing preventive work with adolescents who are prone to deviant behavior and have a conflict of self-esteem. It presents the results of diagnosing the tendency of these adolescents to engage in various forms of deviant behavior, as well as the conflict of self-esteem, among 162 students in the 7th and 8th grades from one school in the Krasnodar region. The rationale for using socio-pedagogical training as a means of implementing preventive work is also discussed.
The article highlights the features of the formation of self-esteem in elementary school students, determined by social circumstances, types of activities and the basic mental development of children at this age. The study reflects the characteristics and motivation for the development of students' self-esteem during primary school. The formation of student self-esteem is considered as the basis for achieving individual educational results, which today is one of the strategic goals of modern education.
The presented article examines the current problem of the formation of internality among high school students in an educational environment. The study is based on the premise that the level of internality has a significant impact on the success of studies and the development of the individual as a whole. In the course of the work, factors contributing to the formation of internality in adolescents are considered, the results of research in this area are analyzed, and the feasibility of the formation of internality of high school students in the context of the implementation of socio-psychological training focused on the development of the individual’s life prospects and personal reflection is proved.
