The paper issues on the problem of encoding information in the text and focuses on the text of an annonce of a fiction book. ‘’Evaluative code’’ is thoroughly described through the prism of the reader’s perception. This code lets him form an opinion of a fiction book, educe its applicability as a mean of socializing in a group. The author distinguishes linguistic means of presentation of such code elements retrieved in the annoces in three languages (Russian, English, French).

The article describes a model of reliable estimation of cognitive development of a preschool child by means of the system of situations. Thus the leading technology is modeling the systems of open-type tasks of mathematical contents and the system analysis of big selections of experimental data based on the two-point scale of four parameters: optimality of the ideas offered by children; efficiency of the reasoning given by them; originality of their answer and level of decision development. As a result of the pilot study conducted in 2015 on selection of 3,800 preschool children, it was succeeded to approve the offered technology of estimation and to generalize results in the form of the integrated assessment of relative character – coefficient of cognitive development level. Mathematical-statistical processing of the results of the research allows to prove uniformity of experimental selection and to specify the level of cognitive development with a reliable accuracy of normal distribution for each age group of the preschool child basing on calculation of samples quartiles that in turn can define the further program of individual development of a child providing his transition to higher level of the general education and consequently, higher quality of education.

The paper deals with non-traditional way of conducting lesson – integrated lesson. The author examines the main methodological and pedagogical aspects of planning, developing and implementing integrated lessons; updates problems in conducting integrated classes; gives practical recommendations to conduct this lesson. The paper is useful for high school teachers and secondary school teachers.

The laws of the Krasnodar region provide the state support to investors. Despite of the difficult economic situation in the country, the Krasnodar region is attractive for investments.

The paper deals with the results of clustering the regions of the Volga federal region according to the social and economic indices interpretation to clusters are given. Discriminators for determining the belonging “new” regions with the clusters are constructed. The belonging of separate region with the cluster with the average level of social and economic indices is revealed. The econometric model of the volume of fixed asset formation depending on gross regional product is obtained.

Psychical categories influencing on preparation of employee of power structure in the process of educating to his elements of firing are examined in the paper.
