In the article the analysis of the dynamics of basic indices is carried out, that characterize the market for new constructions and the market for the second dwelling of Penzenskaya Oblast' are built models for predicting the mean price of one square meter of dwelling. Model for predicting the introduction of dwelling taking into account dummy variables is built and is executed the short-term forecast of the indices in question. The uniform regions of region on the basis of the indices of the housing conditions for population are revealed and clusters with the levels of housing development are determined.

Carbonaceous rocks of one composition in various conditions (at different temperatures, in the presence of carbonic acid gas and oxygen) dissolve with diverse intensity. This phenomenon gives birth to negative physical and geological processes (karst often accompanied by suffusion). The thermodynamic model of interaction in the system of water-rock was created for study peculiarities of carbonaceous rocks` (dis) solution in various conditions. The equilibrium compositions of water solution and rock received as a result of modeling allow us to predict the processes of karst at by change external conditions.

Water regime dynamics of the Imrus apple cultivar grown on dwarf and semi dwarf intermediate stocks was studied during vegetation. As a result of the investigations the highest total water contents of the variety-rootstock combinations was noted at the beginning of vegetation and then, as the age of leaves increased and the water-supply-level of plants decreased, the contents of the total and available water were reduced. The increase of bound water was observed during more droughty periods. As a result of leaf water loss and the following water saturation, Imrus grown on small-sized intermediate stocks showed the moderate level of drought resistance.

Stone fruit crops are successfully cultivated in many regions of Russia. Their fruits contain a great diversity of biologically active and mineral substances. The stone fruit varietal collection of the All Russia Research Institute of Fruit Crop Breeding has been estimated on the content of biologically active substances (ascorbic acid and phenolic compounds) in fruits: 80 sour cherry varieties, 28 sweet cherry varieties, 29 plum varieties and 24 apricot varieties. High cultivar variability of the content of ascorbic acid and P-active sub-stances in fruits has been determined in each crop. The best genotypes have been singled out according to each biochemical component and a complex of characters.

The present article is concerned with studying of appoptogenic activity of microbes associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection on model of peritoneal mice macrophages in vitro. The estimation of apoptosis induced by bacterias extracted from patients with Epstein-Barr virus infection was carried out oncharacteristic morphologic changes of macrophages. It was established that apoptogenic activity had all microbes associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection, but the highiest pathogenic potential Streptococcus pyogenes. Presence of apoptogenic activity of bacterial microflora associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection towards immune system cells can serve as pathway of their survival and can be the pathogenic base of their long persistence in the body. The expressed ability of Streptococcus pyogenes to induce the apoptosis can give us the possibility to consider such microbe as the most dangerous microbe associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection.

The main topic of the research is the representation of «exceptional people» in Western fictional films, i.e. of disabled people and people who essentially deviate from the standard, an issue, which hitherto has been little investigated by Russian scientists. Using a diachronic approach, the author analyzes the main stages of treatment to the unusual character by fiction film directors. The phenomenon is investigated in the context of socio-cultural historical changes, which determine the diversity of interpretation of the image. The fictional film reflects like a special kind of mirror the ongoing social processes and reacts to political, cultural and philosophical changes in human consciousness. At the same time, the image of «exceptional people» gives a strong impetus for the expansion of artistic tools, the development of expressive means of cinematic language and for the creative work of filmmakers. In this paper it will be looked at the main development of the image from the negative clichés of an outsider to the humanistic interpretation of an "exceptional person" and its role in the contemporary cinematic culture.

In work the theoretical model of process migration metane bubbles in water is offered under conditions of formation hydrate. Feature of evolution fields of temperatures, migration speeds, and also distribution of radius and the volume maintenance of systems gas-hydrate bubbles is studied. It is shown that at the fixed mass consumption of gas from a bottom of a reservoir the quasistationary picture in a wave mode like "step" for parameters of emerging gaseous-hydrate disperse system is established. It is established that the speed of emersion of gas-hydrate inclusions decreases more than three times owing to increase in their weight because of hydrate formation.

The article deals with the problem of adequate perception of Russian postmodernism. Why do the Western readers have better comprehension of Russian postmodernists’ works than the Russian ones? Negative attitude of the Russian audience towards postmodernism is largely due to the peculiarities of its mentality associated with the "national metanarratives." Writers and artists are performing metanarratives’ deconstruction in order to overcome the binary structure of the Russian culture. They reveal our traditional "eternal" questions through unconventional means, resorting to obscene language and shocking naturalistic and physiological descriptions. This way they show that a writer does not have to pretend to be a prophet or a converter of human nature and soul. They defend freedom of creative self-expression, insisting on the perception of the artistic text as self-contained, not aimed at substituting a real life.

The article analyzes the trend of change of residential loading on mountainous and plain landscapes of the Dagestan on the base of comparison of the human settlements area of different categories in maps of scale1:200 000 of the latest editions (mid-1980s – early 2000s). The tendencies of change in the area of settlements as within the whole territory of Dagestan, in mountainous and plain landscapes so within separate outlines of the landscapes were identified. it is revealed that for the reviewed time intervals the residential loading within the plain landscapes has increased everywhere, but to the greatest extent – within the semi-desert and desert landscapes. In the mountainous part the opposite trends are marked: in the adjacent with plain and low-mountainous-forest landscapes, as well as in the most long developed of the mountainous-hollow steppe, a significant increase in the area of settlements are observed, whereas within the rest of the landscapes it can mostly be observed the decrease in the area.

The confirmation of need irrigation of tea plants in foothill areas of Adygea was done. The cultivation of tea plants in Adygea Republic is possible in Maikop region on the acidic brown forest soils 450-1000 meters aslwith irrigation and mineral fertilizers.
