The article touches upon topical issues of language learning in the aspect of an integrated approach to teaching a foreign language as a means of communication in its basic representational forms (speaking, writing, reading and listening) in the modern world and offers a modern approach to solving this problem in the era of smartphones, videos, blogging, where more and more people are manifesting a desire to announce themselves, to identify themselves with a multi-million audience in the information and digital space. The purpose of the article is to analyze the ways in which video self-modeling can be integrated with culturally oriented learning strategies for teaching foreign languages, as well as to describe an experiment illustrating how video self-modeling can increase self-efficacy and contribute to fast learning. The works of domestic and foreign scientists on the essence of the "self-modeling" concept from the point of view of psychology and pedagogy served as the theoretical and methodological basis for this study. As for the research methods, in order to determine the impact of video self-simulation on the academic performance of students, the competences of mastering the main language representational forms were measured before and after the completion of the experiment. In addition to the analysis of grades assigned to students using an analytical scale, discourse analysis was carried out during an online survey among students. As a result of the study, we were able to identify correlations between the introduction of self-recording videos into the learning process and an increase in the general English-speaking competence of students, which ultimately indicates a significant degree of self-recording videos influence on the affective factors of students in the learning process. The analysis of qualitative data showed that the use of the video self-modeling technique in English classes not only improved the general proficiency in oral speech of students, but also contributed to the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language in general, as well as to the personal development of students. The theoretical significance of the study lies in providing an overview of modern scientific research in the field of studying innovative approaches and technologies for teaching foreign languages in various educational contexts. The practical significance of the article is in the fact that this technique can be used as one of the strategies for developing students' academic competence, as well as digital literacy in this area.

In the context of an unstable epidemiological environment, a person has to adapt to changes in communication, and especially in older adolescent age, when the self-consciousness and personality of a teenager is being formed. Purpose of the article: to study psychologically safe communications of older adolescents in an unstable epidemiological situation. Methods and techniques: theoretical (analysis and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature, goal-setting, modeling); empirical (diagnostic and forming experiments, testing according to two methods of diagnosing interpersonal relations by T. Leary, diagnosing the personal predisposition to conflict behavior by K. Thomas). Experimental research was conducted on the basis of the South Ural State Institute of Arts named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, Chelyabinsk. The experiment involved second-year students of the choreographic department (n = 21). According to the course curator, there are both leaders and children who are not popular with their classmates in the group, there are micro groups. Based on the data obtained, the strategies of behavior in a conflict situation among students in this class by predominance can be distributed as follows: the first position (the most often used strategy) is adaptation. Avoidance is ranked second, compromise is third, cooperation is fourth, and rivalry is fifth. This indicates that adolescents in this class either infringe on their interests completely or achieve them partially, or avoid solving the problem altogether, which means that they do not strive to achieve their goals. Adolescents manifest to varying degrees all strategies of behavior in relation to the others: avoidance, adaptation, compromise, cooperation, rivalry. The most obvious strategies are: adaptation, avoidance and compromise. This indicates that adolescents in this group either infringe on their interests completely or achieve them partially, or avoid solving the problem at all, which means that they have no desire to achieve their goals. The data obtained indicate the possible tendency among adolescents to cooperate, to be flexible and compromise when solving problems in conflict situations, to be responsive, responsible towards people, and at the same time to be persistent and insistent. Based on the results obtained, the authors give psychological and pedagogical recommendations for the development of a targeted program, taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of adolescents, for the formation of psychologically safe communication, as well as recommendations for parents and teachers on optimizing the psychologically safe communication of older adolescents.

The relevance of using creolized texts in teaching a foreign language is caused by the necessity to enlarge the content and the range of teaching tools via unlimited informative perspectives of such materials. The article is dedicated to the role and appropriateness of using modern creolized texts (Internet memes, presentations, songs) in teaching English to non-linguistic students. Nowadays, experts in foreign language teaching do not deny that creolized texts have educational potential, as being an integral part of everyday life, thereby motivating students to learn a foreign language. However, there is a lack of practical guidelines on how to construct a teaching system based on them in modern teaching literature. The article is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of using creolized texts as a means of developing language competence of non-linguistic students. In order to prove or disprove the hypothesis about the effectiveness of pedagogical impact by using non-homogeneous texts the authors conduct an experiment within the framework of the discipline «Foreign Language» for a first-year students of interdepartmental groups of Southern Federal University. The research results obtained by descriptive statistics methods indicate a moderate advantage of implementing creolized texts in the educational process while forming lexical and grammatical skills of non-linguistic students as well as the reasonability of using these texts in developing language competence.

The psychological resilience of the future teacher in changing conditions and stressful situations is an important quality that reduces the risks of professional burnout and deformation. The issue under discussion is focused on solving the current scientific problem – the study of the mechanisms, factors and conditions for adapting the future teacher in the VUCA-world: the authors present results of a psychological examination of students of a pedagogical university in the conditions of quarantine measures. The aim of the study was to assess the adaptive potential of students in conditions of forced distance learning; formation of ideas about personal characteristics contributing to adaptation of future teachers. The study involved 143 students studying in the areas of «Pedagogical Education», «Psychological and Pedagogical Education» aged 18 to 22 years. Monitoring was carried out through a diagnostic cross-section followed by data processing using mathematical statistics methods. The study made it possible to describe the personal profiles of students, characterize the psychological mechanisms of adaptation to the current situation, reveal the level of stress of students in pandemic conditions, and assess the potential risks to the psychological health and comfort of students. The study showed: the sample as a whole is characterized by quite high adaptive potential (students showed high indicators of resilience and moderate manifestations of stress, most of them had a balanced personal profile, which indicated personal resilience); personal characteristics affect the mechanism of the adaptation process, forming links with the symptom complex of resilience and level of stress; personal rigidity (accentuation) leads to the formation of typical rigid cognitive attitudes and behavioral patterns, which do not contribute to adaptation in changing conditions, negatively affecting resilience and increasing stress. The obtained data allow predicting the risks to the psychological health and comfort of students, more effectively planning and implementing psychological prevention and support for students during their studies at the university. The revealed trends make it possible to note personal flexibility as a key factor of adaptation and stress resistance.

The relevance of the study is confirmed by the fact that recently there has been a shortage of teaching staff in the field of education, therefore, the Yaroslavl region has not become an exception in this trend, which is observed throughout the country. As it is known from statistics, beginning teachers leave educational institutions within the first five years after the start of their professional career. The reasons are, of course, different, enough articles have been written about the problem of keeping young personnel in education. The purpose of our research is to show that with stage-by-stage, complex, consistent pedagogical support in the college-university system, it is possible to keep beginning teachers in their workplaces, and the purpose of our work is also to demonstrate criteria, conditions that are effective with such support as they give positive results. The article presents an overview of the concepts of "pedagogical guidance" and "pedagogical support", synonymy and differences of these concepts, which are presented in modern scientific society, views on the content of these concepts by various scientists. Secondary vocational education is one of the rather problematic phenomena in the preparation of a specialist, since mainly the desire to get higher education keeps a young specialist in the workplace. All the main options for supporting a young specialist are aimed either at a graduate of a higher educational institution, or at pre-professional training of schoolchildren; graduates of secondary vocational educational institutions remain outside the field of view of scientific interests, as they are university students, but they are also young specialists. We present the results of the study as follows: in the practical part of the study, we identify and test the main criteria and indicators that are effective in pedagogical support, and also present the levels of these criteria. The significance of the practical part of the study lies in the fact that the model of pedagogical support was tested specifically for a problematic group of young professionals who combine study with work. It is during the second stage of education that pedagogical guidance, support is needed, it helps a young specialist to discover the positive aspects of the profession, to help build a successful career. This is exactly what comprehensive support is aimed at, which helps to achieve high results, if it is consistent and gradual, it is these support options that we present in the article. We present in percentage how many students and young teachers, subject to the conditions and criteria, received successful guidance, support through an electronic environment, which is the most effective and popular. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that we examined the basic concepts of pedagogical support, which are presented in scientific publications, identified synonymous features, pointed out the non-identity of the concepts of "guidance" and "support".

. In this article, the authors study the dynamics of the spread of the gastrointestinal tract diseases and the possible influence of psychological causes on the occurrence of diseases of this nosological group. The authors also analyze the official medical statistics of Russia and foreign psychological research in the period from 1939 to 2020 (from the beginning of the Great Patriotic War to the COVID-19 pandemic). The article presents the conclusions that the spread of digestive system diseases is dynamic, and there are changes in their characteristics. In every decade, patients with gastroenterological diseases demonstrate certain characteristic psychological traits. This allows us to conclude that an increase in the incidence can be expected in the post-pandemic period of COVID-19 infection, since there is a clear relationship between the emotional state of a person and somatic manifestations under conditions of high stress and post-traumatic stress, which affects the functioning of the digestive organs. One of the tasks of psychologists who work in the field of “psychology of health” is the prevention of somatic diseases and the preservation of psychological health through the education and formation of healthy lifestyle habits, which can have a significant impact on the prevention of gastrointestinal diseases.
