The article is devoted to revealing the level of contemporary English borrowings knowledge by Russian speakers and describing the peculiarities of their attitude to anglicisms and the usage of these words. The authors conducted questioning of 207 Lipetsk residents that made it possible to reveal the most popular anglicisms and to find out the peculiarities of different groups attitude towards them.

This article is devoted to the consideration of existing methods for solving motor transportation planning problems. Planning of motor transportation and analysis of vehicles operation in most organizations is based on the average values of technical and operational indicators. They are based on work experience and still operate, although with inaccuracies, in systems that function for a long time with a stable volume of goods traffic, but even in these conditions the use of this approach leads to incorrect calculation of resources requirements.

Flat grinding process of ШХ15 steel standards with the periphery оf a straight wheel is prоbed. The methоd of оptimum standards surface grinding conditions determinatiоn is presented.They prоvide achivement оf the set processed surface quality requirements with the maximum efficiency. Mathematical mоdels оf such cоmpоnents as cutting fоrce, grinding cоefficient and prоcessed surface rоughness according tо sample width are received by methоd оf a full-scale factоr experiment. Input factоrs are grinding prоcess оptimizatiоn parameters. Mathematical mоdels оf оutput factоrs are used fоr restrictiоn оf оptimizatiоn parameters accepted values area.

Rapid development of human society has led to a great number of new realities appearance. Thus, it is necessary to study neologisms, as these linguistic units are quickly transferred from passive to active vocabulary. Nowadays English endures neological boom. New words are appearing both in English and American languages.

This article analyzes the concept of love and its influence on life and marriage satisfaction. The results of the study show that positive ideas of love contribute to increased life and marriage satisfaction, while negative attitude to love lowers the marital satisfaction of married couples. The obtained data can be used in married couples consultation.

The importance of this topic study stems from the fact that the problem of effective strategic management development is equally relevant in the context of micro- and macroenvironment. By means of analysis and synthesis, the unity of historical and logical methods and methods of induction and deduction the author analyzes the main components of the population life basic spheres, influencing the mechanism of environment objects management. These components are the embodiment of institutional relations in the process of interaction between different actors in activities. The article describes the main statistical characteristics of these relations, identifies vulnerable components of emergent characteristics and proposes the ways for neutralizing problem areas aiming to develop accurate and effective management strategies at micro- and macro- level.

This article examines the concept and classification of advertising and its influence on the tourism industry of the Russian Federation. The author defines some peculiarities of advertising in the tourism industry which would allow to organize company's advertising properly and effectively. The practical significance of this article lies in the fact that it highlights the basic problems of advertising in the tourism sector which hinder the rapid and effective development of tourism. The author also suggests some recommendations for identified problems elimination.

On the basis of archival documents and retrospective periodicals the history of Siberian artistic societies in the 20th century and their influence on the cultural life of the region are reconstructed. The creation of art language, art education development, spreading of exhibition activities – these processes contributed to the unification of local artists and the promotion of “siberian style” search in art up to the Union of Soviet artists establishment.
