The article is devoted to the use of the technique of fishbone when teaching English for specific purpose. The place of the method in the structure of the technology of critical thinking is determined. The examples of this form of systematizing information are given on the basis of the topics studied at the economics de-partment of the academy. Conclusions are drawn about the didactic potential of the method for developing independent thinking and mental activities of students.

In the article the author deals with the problem of professional education of future specialists in the sphere of international relations. The structure of communicative competency is analysed on the basis of linguistic, discoursive and professional levels. The author singles out the components of cultural creative potential. The article deals with definitions of the notions “culture” and “organizational culture”, created by Russian and foreign scholars. Organizational culture is a relatively new phenomenon which was began to be studied in the middle of the previous century but it is still topical nowadays. The author shows the interconnection of these phenomena demonstrating their interdependence and influence on the national culture, all spheres of life, including organization functioning.

The article is dedicated to the actual problem of FSES application in the teaching process at the English lessons at school. The author paid special attention to the educational technology of interactive teach-ing, its peculiarities, functions, and effectiveness. In the article there are two examples of English les-sons based on this technology with detailed description of the goals, phases and results gained by the 8–9th form students during the lessons.

The article deals with the problem of using innovative technologies in the formation of university students’ general linguistic competency as exemplified by bachelor academic program 44.03.05 Pedagogical Educa-tion, profiles – History and English, Social Studies and English. As a result of the analysis the researcher comes to the conclusion, that the use of dialogue, game, project, computer and integrative educational technologies in the performance of the discipline “Introduction to General Linguistics” allows a lecturer to enhance the level of the desired competency and students’ learning motivation and to approximate the learning process to real conditions of a student’s future professional life.

The article is devoted to the use of gaming methods and techniques in teaching English in school. The au-thor, using examples, proves that applying games in lessons is very important in modern pedagogical reali-ty, as the game is one of the most important means of physical, mental and moral upbringing of the child, it helps to enhance its activities and develops cognitive activity, observation, attention, memory, reasoning, creative imagination, support interest to study, relieves fatigue, and in the whole makes the process of learning interesting for children.

This article touches upon the main regional characteristics of internalization of the system of higher educa-tion of Latin America, which makes a great contribution into international educational cooperation with the aim of the development of university and national exchange. Its most significant features are international cooperation and mobility of students and lecturers which can be regarded as a special way of academic preparation of students and faculty staff for the challenges of the XXI century.
