The paper deals with the organizational problems of education modernization on innovative basis. The author concentrates attention on the problem research of business school’s development in Cherepovets State University and formulates specific ways of its solution. The directions of department’s activity as scientific division in the conditions of management system by university modernization are considered.

Globalization and integration of economic, political and information space have led to changes in the tourist area. To study and understand the tourist space tourism it should be considered as a system, i.e. the inter-connection of geographical, social and productive systems. The paper describes the elements and relation-ships of tourism, also in terms of its regulation and management. Inhomogeneity of tourist space allows to make its typology taking into account tourist risks.

The paper presents the methodological foundations of teaching the mechanics of fluids at Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University named after R. E. Alekseyev, based on physical and mathematical modeling of stationary process flow in pipelines, simplest hydraulic resistance and free flows. Students perform laboratory work on physical modeling on universal hydraulic stand and mathematical modeling practical work on personal computers.

The paper deals with the problem of availability of today's educators, primary school teachers to use the variety of teaching methods and techniques of speech development of younger s in the course pupils different types of speech activity. The modern teacher should have sufficient theoretical and practical experience in working with younger pupils to use it in the various kinds of speech activity. The paper provides significant amount of work methods and techniques that are used in the work of teachers with younger school children. We use the analogy method, when students model phrases and sentences. The analogy is one of the analytical methods for teaching and learning the Ukrainian language, which is to established in similarities between the phenomena, objects, concepts. It is used for explanation of a new stage based on a material with partial similarity by comparing the known concepts. Verbal literacy method is widely used in work on the development of oral speech during. This method can be implemented using a variety of techniques (interview, story, message, reasoning). The effectiveness of the elementary school teacher will depend on how well and it will be appropriate to use them in work with children.

The paper summarizes the experience of organizing and conducting teaching practice in higher education on the basis of competence approach. The authors describe features of pedagogical practices at the chair of Pedagogy at Perejaslav-Khmelnitsky State Pedagogical University named after Gregory Skovoroda, dis-close their main task.

The paper deals with the problem of psycho-pedagogical and psycholinguistic features of the development of speech of younger students during the training period. When mastering speech a word for a child is only a signal that directs indicative activities in relation to sensible objects to them so that the result is their convergence, equating to one another in certain respects and at the same time distinguish them from other, superficially similar to these objects. A word is a mean of education and expression of ideas, opinions, reflections of objects and phenomena in consciousness. It is one of the central mental functions, has decisive influence on the formation of personality, thinking. That is why the main task of the school course is the mother tongue language development of students, which should be inextricably linked to the development of thinking, because thinking and speaking are deeply interconnected. The educational process in a modern school has many opportunities to address the problems that worry experts. These features are not used to the full, as evidenced by the contradictions that are considered in this study.

The paper presents the results of study of psychological prerequisites of gender-specific differences in preschooler's self-esteem. The authors ground theoretical approaches to the study of self-esteem and gen-der differences in self-esteem of preschoolers. In groups, the patients with different level of self-esteem were diagnosed The direct and inverse relationship of indicators of self-esteem of preschool boys and girls and indicators of sex and age identification were singled out.

The paper analyzes the structure of agricultural organizations on organizational-legal forms, dynamics of acreage of crops and agricultural products by types of farms. To improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector it is necessary to reconsider the relationship to the loss of a huge number of sown areas of land, use the best practices of Kuban scientists, modern high technology in production of agricultural crops.

The paper discusses the importance of informatization of agricultural sector. The author reveals the possibil-ity of providing reliable rapid comprehensive information on the status of internal and external environment of managed objects through the introduction of a software product. The advantages of using information technologies in agricultural sector are described on the example of the program complex “Coral” and software “GEO-Agro”, system “Agrar-Office”, which enable the transition to a higher level of economic efficiency of agricultural sector as a whole.

The purpose of the paper is the analysis of management in retail network “Tekhprom” and its control system. Research of management in retail network “Tekhprom” will allow to work better at the computer equipment market.

In this article research of need of extension of the list of services of public catering, as competitiveness factor on the example of Docker Pub restaurant Nakhodka is conducted. During research the way of expansion of services and its influence as competitiveness factor on further activity of the enterprise was considered. As way of expansion creation of new night club on the second floor of Docker Pab restaurant Na-khodka was chosen as me. For this purpose I considered the enterprise at which placement of night club is planned, analysed conditions for creation of a new institution, carried out the comparative analysis of the main competitor "Texas-saloon" by the main criteria and made the business plan of new night club. In its sections I considered necessary means for implementation of the project on the basis of which calculations of expenses are carried out, the segment of potential consumers is allocated and efficiency and risks for a new institution is calculated.

The paper is devoted to optimization of chemistry training results at modern school according to Federal State Educational Standard by means of integration of natural-science and humanitarian knowledge. In particular the accent is put on updating of base concepts, optimization of chemical maintenance, formation of natural-science picture of nature as an element of a modern picture of the world and mastering unified educational actions by schoolchildren during chemistry course.

The paper deals with results of the research on relationship of anxiety and self-esteem in preschool age. The study was directed on children of preschool age. The authors identify level of self-esteem of each child and compare it with anxiety indices by using correlation analysis with calculation of Spearman's correlation coefficient. Positive correlation between measures of anxiety and self-esteem was revealed.

The article considers topical issues of correlation and application of information and communication and design technologies in extra-curricular activities in geography. Presents theoretical and methodological bases of a technique of use of information and communication technologies in line with the processes of Informatization and the greening of geographical education. In the result of the study, designed the author's methodical use of information and communication technologies in extra-curricular activities in geography.

The paper is devoted to pedagogical experiment, which verified the developed model of the phased process of formation of pedagogic skills on application network interactive learning tools among future educators, its analysis and evaluation of results.

The paper deals with the technique of production costs of temperature regulation system of transport technological-machines hydraulic actuator of original design taking into account the received results of its pilot studies. Economic efficiency of carried-out modernization of a hydraulic actuator is considered. The used technique is either suitable for calculation of economic parameters of other systems and units of cars.

The paper deals with the results of the experimental research regarding the issues of preparation of future teachers to work in a junior school in rural areas. “Chi-square criterion” is used to determine statistical signif-icance of differences between experimental and control groups of students. The results of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the received data on levels of formation of motivational, cognitive and opera-tional components of readiness of students in experimental and control groups are highlighted.

The paper regards the means of maintaining the force of fictional titles of the English origin in the process of translation from English into Russian. The analysis proves that the most acceptable ways of translating titles and maintaining their pragmatic force are transformation and substitution. The choice depends on linguistic and cultural peculiarities of the target language.

Investments are the basis of economic growth and improved living standards. Regarding investment in the region, it is necessary to note the presence of significant imbalances in regional development of the country. There is a big gap with respect to investment activities between the Central Federal District (CFA) and other federal districts. However, even within a single federal district uneven socio-economic development of Russian territories can be traced: only 3-4 regions are successfully developing in the CFA. Thus, the high level of investment attractiveness characterizes the Voronezh and Lipetsk regions thanks to a competent policy on formation of financial measures to increase the investment attractiveness of regions as well as the development of an effective investment strategy.

The paper is devoted to integration of the Internet resources into educational process. The paper considers topical issues of using the Internet, defines educational methods, reviews the advantages and confirms the relevance of their usage in teaching foreign languages.

The actual tendencies to increase prevalence of diseases of neurologic profile among students of highest medical educational institutions are dictated by need of detailed studying of a problem and acceptance of effective measures for prevention of their appearance. One of the most important aspects of this problem is the increase of the diagnosed sleep disorders. Decline in quality of a dream among the students has negative impact on the level of preparation and educational progress, and reduces the general standard of living. The key to success of measures of preventive orientation (concerning preventions of emergence of insomnia) is the statistical analysis and identification of communications and correlation between the studied factors and frequency of emergence of violations. Below the program of such medico-social statistical research which would allow to obtain the correct and exact data allowing to draw necessary conclusions and to develop necessary recommendations is offered.
