The choice of the direction of modernization of a national economy of Russia will define its place in world economic system. The problem of increase of level of knowledge and qualification of teachers and employees of higher educational institutions in the field of IT-tekhnology is actual. It is necessary to create a network of the multipurpose centers of providing educational services in a principle of «one window» for citizens just as it is realized at creation of the electronic government.

This article is devoted to the study of motivation innovation of future teachers. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Physical Education and Safety CSPU. We used data from a survey 247 students of 4–5 courses, the aim of which was to study the motives that impel prospective teachers to engage in innovative activities.
