To implement the competence approach in the training of management personnel, it is very important to build a trajectory of individual professional development and to determine effective mechanisms for the development of general cultural and professional competencies. This research aspect undoubtedly emphasizes the relevance of the research. Consequently, the spectrum of the claimed personal qualities of young specialists is changing, as well as the formation of their subjective position, the need for the development of creative thinking, and the high level of professional readiness. In this regard, there is a need for a qualitative and meaningful change in teaching forms, methods and techniques, technologies aimed at the ability to solve problems in professional activity effectively. Thus, the purpose of the research is the need to develop and introduce in the educational process specific pedagogical innovations and techniques that take into account the demands of society and employers’ requirements to a bachelor. The main method in the investigated problem is the definition and validity of pedagogical conditions for the establishment of managerial activity in bachelors: the involvement of employers in the development of a modular program for professional education aimed at the formation and development of managerial competencies; a combination of various forms and methods of training that allow to increase educational motivation and stimulate cognitive activity of students; substantiation and implementation of the system for diagnosing establishment and development of managerial competencies in future bachelors; application of innovative technologies in educational system. The article presents a technological model for the establishment of managerial competencies, the purpose of which is to develop managerial competencies in bachelors that ensure the availability of managerial competence. The developed technological model is based on the conceptual provisions of systematic, competence, personality-oriented and contextual approaches and consists of four structural blocks that reveal the purpose, content, stages of competencies development, methods used, forms, teaching aids, and pedagogical conditions using modular educational professional training programs. As a result of the study, we found that the use of this program allows the future bachelor to choose the trajectory of training independently, taking into account his interests, needs and level of knowledge, thus ensuring the individualization of the professional education process. At the same time, it was revealed that the combination of various active forms and methods of teaching (round table, discussion, team training, independent work, case-method, problem methods, game methods, visualization methods) form appreciatory attitude of students to the establishment of managerial competencies as a result of the program development, positive motives of professional training and stimulates cognitive activity. The article may be interesting for teachers of professional training, post-graduate students, undergraduates, and also for managers of all levels.

In conditions of making high demands of modern education, and also due to the rapid development of software and information technology, the role of informational and technological support of the educational process increases. The relevance of the presented research is caused by necessity of creation and development of electronic educational environment in educational institutions. Electronic educational environment is a many-sided concept that includes managerial, methodological, technical and informational components. In this article, the authors pay special attention to the managerial and technical components in the development of automation system for reserving classrooms and facilities that would operate within the electronic learning environment of the University. It will allow, according to the authors, to avoid classrooms overcrowding, to increase control efficiency and to improve management of the educational process. In normative juridical aspect, creation and development of electronic educational environment is conditioned by the new wording of Federal Law No 273 and by the national project "Education". Thus, the aim of this paper is to describe the development of a web application for the electronic educational environment of the University in the field of the auditorium fund reserving. This application will allow, to the authors’ opinion, to automate and simplify the process of auditorium fund management. The main method of research was experimental method (pilot testing), which helped to reveal characteristic features of the developed system for classrooms reserving. The article describes the principle of the system operation, its main functions, testing of the developed program. It reveals the criteria that were taken into account when choosing programming environment for program development. The developed program is adaptive and will optimize the process of reserving classrooms in different educational institutions and will be useful for researchers in this field.

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in children with mental retardation, the communication sphere develops with a significant lag without purposeful care of an adult, the search for effective conditions for the development of the communicative skills of children with disabilities is a priority area of special education. The purpose of the article: theoretical and methodological analysis of researches on the development of children with mental retardation in context of inclusive education, presentation of the innovative project "Me, you, he, she are a friendly family". The article reveals the content of the innovation project. The project is aimed at developing the dialogue skills with peers and adults in pre-school children with mental retardation; providing in a pre-school educational organization such conditions that are aimed at developing the communicative activity of children with mental retardation in various activities; increase of teachers’ professional competence in preschool educational organization on a researched problem; establishment of cooperation between families of preschool children with mental retardation and parents of children with normal development. In the course of the project implementation it is supposed to use gaming, communicative technologies (conversation-dialogues, thematic festivals and entertainments, didactic and role-playing games, problem situations solving, fiction reading, reviewing albums with photographs, etc.) in work with preschool children; technologies used in the process of increasing the professional competence of pre-school educational organizations teachers (questionnaires, consultations, master classes, workshops, portfolio, teachers’ council, pedagogical round table, exhibition of psychological and educational literature for educators, etc.); technologies used in the process of increasing the pedagogical competence of parents (thematic parents' meetings, individual consultations, posting information for parents on the site of a kindergarten, creative competition, trainings, an exhibition of pedagogical literature for parents, etc.).

The relevance of the study is due to the necessity of defining the terms of dialogue between secular and religious educational institutions in the contemporary context of the search for new forms of national traditions and spiritual values of Russian people reproduction, as well as those institutions regional experiences synthesis. Thus, the purpose of the study is to identify the forms and prospects of cooperation between secular and religious educational institutions (on the example of interaction of secular universities and theological seminary). The main method in the study is the scientific method of theoretical analysis of scientific experience of domestic and foreign teachers, psychologists and clergymen who studied problems of interaction between secular educational institutions and religious organizations. During the study of this problem institutional approach was used, that allows to analyze the peculiarities of secular and religious educational institutions and to highlight possible spheres for cooperation. The article gives a comprehensive analysis of Penza region experience in the sphere of secular universities and theological seminary interaction. Traditional nature of the relationship between secular and religious educational institutions, characteristic of pre-revolutionary Russian system of education, is noted. The authors researched institutional and extra-institutional forms of cooperation established between teaching staff of Penza universities and Penza clergymen teaching at Penza theological seminary. The authors paid special attention to the activities of one of the most interesting extra-institutional sites in the Penza diocese – " Philosophical-theological cafe" (converted in 2017 into the "Religious-philosophical society"). This dialogue platform brought together more than five educational and cultural institutions of the region. "Religious-philosophical society" comprises more than ten scholars in the Humanities and representatives of the clergy. The authors of the article analyzed factors of positive and negative pedagogical effect of existing forms of communication between representatives of the Church and students. The conditions necessary for their successful communication are described. The results of secular universities and theological seminary interaction are shown. It is concluded that the construction of the interaction and integration of religious and secular spheres is not only possible and successful, but promising. The results of the study can be used by authorities as a theoretical framework for education policy and church-state relations development, as well as in the development of cooperation strategies between secular and religious educational organizations.

The article studies contents and degree of teachers’ "Appearance" – stereotypes positivity/negativity (the simplified, generalized, emotionally colored ideas of them which are actualized on the basis of their appearance). The modified technique option “Diagnostics of contents and degree of “Appearance" – stereotypes” positivity/negativity has been applied (V.A. Labunskaya, A.A. Bzezyan, 2013). The teachers differentiated by criterion attractive/unattractive were as an object of evaluation. The results of “Appearance" – stereotypes features comparative studying in teachers with attractive and unattractive appearance among students are presented. It is shown that positivity/negativity degree and contents of “Appearance”-stereotypes of teachers are caused by an attractiveness of their appearance.

This study examines and analyzes the basic components of law faculty graduates professional identity in educational environment of University. Professional identity of students was operationalized in our study as a construct that includes the motives of profession choice, the image of chosen profession, the degree of subject’s activity in the process of profession acquiring. The degree of academic work alienation was considered as an indicator of professional identity of students as adherents in the process of professional development.

The present work analyses the draft law from 06.09.2017, № 261549-7 «About amendments to article 54 of the Federal law «About state registration of real estate», providing for the introduction of mandatory notarization for transactions with real estate owned by citizens living alone and by persons, who are under patronage and guardianship. It is emphasized that the innovation proposed by the authors of the bill certainly deserves attention, as it is another measure that promotes stabilization of real estate civil turnover by toughening of the transactions rules. However, this draft law has certain drawbacks that cast doubt on the prospect of its approval.

In the article we consider the peculiarities of precedent phenomena translation in the novel by C. Bushnell, «Sex and the city». Under the precedent phenomena we understand such phenomena, which are widely known to representatives of the national linguistic-cultural community, relevant in cognitive terms, and constantly recurring in the speech of linguistic-cultural community representatives. There are several ways of translating precedent phenomena: transcription, transliteration, generalization and concretization, grammatical transformation, antonymic and descriptive translation. There are a lot of precedent phenomena in the novel and in this regard, the translation of the novel, made by N. Bank, is of great interest.

The article discusses the concept of "author's style", its relationship with the term "idiostyle". The role of the author's style in literary works, in the drama is defined. The features of author’s style by Bernard Shaw as a playwright and creator of "Pygmalion" play are determined. The authors identify those features of the author's style by B. Shaw, which are invariant to translation works. They make analysis of two "Pygmalion" translations with the aim to identify the main features of the author's style representation in translation.
