The paper describes possible ways of using pedagogical system of continuous formation of creative thinking and development of creative abilities of students using intelligent means of the theory of inventive problem solving at schools to implement productively Federal State Educational Standard primary general education. The paper describes key features of the pedagogical system NFTM-TRIZ and the necessity of creating consultation centers on this methodology.

The authors analyze the historical and cultural content of the concept "war" in the annex to the Caucasian war of the nineteenth century with antinomies in it (war –world; enemy – ally, active destruction – passive con-templation; slavery and tyranny –freedom of the individual and so on.). The paper is devoted to motivation of agricultural activities. This question is closely intertwined with the tasks of professional orientation of rural youth. The paper deals with formation of labor market in the country. The special attention is paid to a problem of economic activity and employment of population in the country, number of unemployed and unemployment rate, so there is a need of measures for regulation rural labor market, policy of assistance to unemployed population.

Electronic technologies serve the development of economy and improvement of its elements. The paper deals with a new approach to probability distributions identification, which is based on skewness and kurtosis of some well-known distributions. These distribution’s skewness, and kurtosis determine curves, or points on the coordinate plane “skewness – kurtosis”. The sample skewness, and kurtosis alt-hough determine a point on this plane. If this point belongs to the curve or the set of points, or places near them, we need to verify the hypothesis that the sample belongs to the corresponding distribution. The ap-proach proposed is adapted to educational use in probability theory and statistics.

Didactic game is a multifaceted complex pedagogical phenomenon: it is the playing method of teaching and learning children, independent gaming activity, mean of all-round education of a child's personality. In educational institutions, the educational games are held usually in order to repeat, pin and check under-standing of the studied material. The use of didactic games received its greatest impetus in connection with the application of computers in educational process. Computer educational games become means of formation of students' computer literacy, learning programming languages, formation of work with computers. The paper deals with classification of didactic games, analysis of existing didactic computer games.

The paper gives the definition of information technologies and analyzes used information technologies in the field of physical culture and sports, gives their brief characteristics. In evaluating present stage of information technologies development in this field, the authors note that, despite a large number of destinations and their direct application, even described in the paper, developments do not have large-scale distribution.
