The paper deals with the problems of creativity in history of pedagogics. The features of creative approach in education are examined. Actuality of the problem of forming of professional-creative potential of future preschool educator is grounded. The forms of organization of educational activity of future educators of preschool educational establishments on forming of professional-creative potential are presented and ana-lyzed by the author.

The paper discusses service logistics concept and development of logistics services in the modern economy in the framework of improving the quality of customer service. Logistics service is a factor of increasing success of firms in the market and the customer orientation in building long-term partnerships with clients.

The paper analyzes the structure of the global economic system based on the rating of the World Bank in terms of nominal gross domestic product of 190 countries in the world for 2013, revised in December 2014. The analysis was conducted using the author's technique of separation of market participants on their competence using criteria for selection of large, medium and small nuclei.

Modeling of natural processes in environmental studies of ecosystem function can be implemented through a set of physical demonstrations and evaluating problems related to hydrocarbon pollution of the hydro- and atmosphere, acid precipitation, local ozone holes, air pollution, micro dispersed particles and so on. Creation and analysis of training models created and developed by the author in physics allows for students to identify the nature of regional environmental problems, assess their risk, calculate the effects quantitatively, and suggest solutions.

The paper reveals the essence of teacher’s empathy, conditions of its development in educational process. The results of the study of empathy level among students with major “Vocational training” (by branches) allowed the authors to allocate the methods of formation of pedagogical empathy among students.

The paper is devoted the problem of virtuality in engineering education in the widespread use of information technologies. The use of computer simulation in educational process allows speeding up the learning process and reducing the cost of education. However, the problem of virtuality of acquired knowledge appears since learning is not held on real physical objects, but on their computer models. The survey among students aims to show virtuality level of their knowledge. The authors offers specific system solutions of virtuality of acquired knowledge in learning process.

In this regard, the notion of reading discusses the historical background and basic rules of reading through the score sheet; the author identifies the characteristics of formation and development of reading skills through the score sheet at piano lessons.

The paper is devoted to theoretical review and analysis of the problem of formation of professional and psychological-pedagogic qualities of a musician-pianist. In this regard, the peculiarities of professional activity of accompanist are revealed, the author discusses the differences between concertmaster and accompanist; identifies and analyzes the core competencies and skills required to complete professional activities of a concertmaster; deals with the psychological-pedagogic features of accompanist, explains the importance and significance in the structure of profession.

The paper deals with the questions of current state customs-tariff regulation, its formation, realization and perfection in the frame of economic security. The author considers problems and ways to perfect custom-tariff regulation for creation of favorable conditions in in foreign trade activity.

The article suggests one of the variants of career guidance work with pupils in the form of participation in the competition for solving interdisciplinary problems in mathematics and physics. The organizational struc-ture of the competition in three stages: individual problem solving, team passing route of the four stations, team play "Regatta". Also presented the tasks of each stage.

The paper presents the results of a survey of agricultural enterprises of the central part of Yakutia, identifies and qualifies the problems of investment development of agricultural enterprises. The problems and divided into two groups – controlled and uncontrolled with internal resources of the enterprise. To solve the problems the authors propose a method of integration of enterprises as a way to ensure sustainable and balanced development of agriculture.

The paper discusses the current state of catering and services market and in the Nakhodka city district on the example of the restaurant "Horizon", provides definitions and concepts of catering forms, assesses economic efficiency of the proposed measures. During the development of measures to promote the catering services of the restaurant "Horizon", economic indices identified the resource base, which can be spent on the promotion of services.

The paper analyzes current legislation in the sphere of employment, activity of jobcenter of the Partizansk city and develops actions for improvement state services on the example of the specified jobcenter.

The paper presents the author's view on the problem of designing a comprehensive program of extracurricular activities in the fifth grade of the primary school in the framework of Federal State educational Standard of basic general education of the second generation. A special feature of the program is predominance of morale-building activities that would help to combine the class program of morale-building work and programs of five areas of extracurricular activities into one document. The program is integrated on the basic of national values, which are the main content of extracurricular morale-building activities.

The paper presents a model of psychological-pedagogic meta-competence and its constituent subject competences. The conditions and tasks of teaching students to form their psychological-pedagogic meta-competence and self-development are described. The author describes the substantive and organizational principles implemented by in the course “Psychology of educational activities” in the framework of an inno-vative project of pedagogical high school; gives examples of specific forms, methods and technologies of training.

Criticizing the definition of defense, the author suggests the original version of the Criminal code, based on the priority of objective evidence in the justifiable defense’s qualification.

The paper gives a review of modern scientific disciplines involved in bird study. The most important achievements in this area obtained by Russian and foreign specialists are shown, they allow to demonstrate the significant part of birds in human life. The possibility of bird study in the context of ecolinguistic paradigm with the aim to preserve the beauty and diversity of the world reflected in a language is noted.

Importance of forming the students’ general cultural competence is reasonable. Essence of formed general cultural competence of students of agricultural college is certain, its structures are given, criteria and indexes are described. Context and methodology of the diagnostic stage of experiment are exposed, its results are brought. Levels of formed general cultural competence of students of agricultural college are characterized.

In article the fixed assets of work of the motor transportation enterprise (ATP) participating in production process a long time and keeping thus the natural form are considered. Features of the characteristic, classification, structure and an assessment of business assets of ATP are presented, the understanding and which use has to lead to growth of quality of service of consumers.

Marketing is defined by all researchers as a way of opening and using requirements for commercial enterprises. Marketing for the company means nothing else than to bring all the resources in accordance with the requirements and market opportunities for profit. The requirements for production should depend on what the solution to this economic problem will be found; in other words, the firm should produce such products, which can be cost-effectively implemented.

Crisis situation significantly worsened the conditions of functioning of agricultural commodity producers, led to the freezing of current assets in the finished product, to slow the rate of economic turnover and the decrease in available cash balance on the accounts. The solution to this and other pressing problems of development and effective functioning of the agroindustrial complex of the region is reasoned based on the implementation of the whole complex of measures to increase investment attractiveness of the Volgograd region.

The paper is devoted to methods of elaboration of technical map for forming general and professional competences of students in professional educational organizations on the basis of activity components. Here are cited the examples of applying this methods at learning lessons for majors “Technology of public nutrition’s production”, “Commerce”, “Technical service and repairing of cars”.

The paper sets out the basic directions of formation of retailers’ product range. The author views the stages of the assortment policy in frames of category management; main role of strategy and product categories and describes the main methods of analysis and evaluation of product range.

The paper deals with multidimensional statistical analysis at the study of crimes accomplished by teenagers. The system of indexes characterizing causations of crime among minor on territory of the Central Federal District helped to conduct classification of the region. Factor analysis singled out a latent factor influencing on the index of criminality. The prognosis of the expected number of crimes is given at direct participation of teenagers for future three years.

The paper discusses the state of property insurance market. The authors analyze premiums and payments of property insurance in 2010-2014 in the Russian Federation. The main trends and prospects of development of the insurance market in 2015 are determined.

Relevance of a question of control of a financial system of the state is for Russia one of priority tasks at the present stage of economic development. In the present article merits and demerits of Bank of Russia as central and at the moment the only regulator of all financial market of the Russian Federation are consid-ered.

The article reviewed the status of inventory in the organization. The results of an economic study of current assets and their effect on the financial condition of the organization. The analysis of indicators of working capital and their efficiency. The recommendations to speed up inventory turnover may find practical application in the accounting and analytical activity of the agricultural organizations.

The paper deals with the approach to creation of regional youth creative-knowledge platform as space and information-communication tool of creative youth interaction with business community and regional administration. The authors describe participants and knowledge processes within the platform.

The paper presents the results of influence of parent-child relationships on formation of personal identity of women seeking psychological help. A specific example shows negative impact of the lack of harmonious affective preferences of parents on formation of identity and selfesteem. The author gives a brief description of psychotherapy method “symbol-drama” in cases of diffuse personal and sexual identity.

The paper analyzes the importance of maritime container traffic and shortage of new routes. The author offers a unique route for Nakhodka: the East village – Mumbai (India). This route is proposed in the light of developing relations between the two countries during the period of sanctions from the West. The route calculations were made; the indicators were identified; flight cost and the effectiveness were evaluated.

The paper presents theoretical foundations of speech activity. The author considers the main types of speech activities (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and the definitions of the basic concepts of “speech activity”, “professional speech activity of future teachers of preschool educational institutions”.

The value of family education, cooperation of family and school open up in the process of education and forming of the value system. The author analyzes approaches of education of family spiritually-moral values of students. The questions of education of family spiritual-moral values are examined as an educational problem. The role of teacher is grounded in this process and the problem of training of skilled pedagogical personnel is affected.

The paper presents the author's methodical system of realization of civil-patriotic education in specialized geographic education that meets the cultural ideas of student-oriented learnings. The authors view formation of civic consciousness and patriotism in the relevant geographic education through targeted, meaningful and effective procedure and evaluation methodological components of the system.

The paper describes the results of empirical study of relationship between family type and image of family among preschool children. The authors test the hypothesis on the difference image of the family in children from complete and incomplete families on a sample of 20 older preschoolers from kindergarten groups, with an equal number of each type families. The results of the research, and the use of statistical Mann-Whitney test showed a partial confirmation of the hypothesis.

The paper describes the various information technologies for management decision-making on enterprise; highlights the most important and commonly used technologies on enterprise: management information systems, decision support, electronic decision support system. The author identifies the necessity of using these technologies on enterprise. After analyzing the characteristics, traits, and their IP-use decision-making process, it is concluded that each system has advantages, but the best and most effective option will be the electronic support system performance.
