The article emphasizes the relevance of the problem of teaching military universities cadets the culture of business speech based on a communicative-activity oriented approach to learning. The authors show how the use of communicative-activity oriented approach gives an opportunity to implement the process of business communication culture formation among military universities cadets on the fundamental principles of developing training (training at a high level of difficulty, comprehension of the learning process by the cadets, high speed of material study, scientific and systematic principles, etc.). The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of teaching Russian military universities cadets the culture of business speech, as well as to characterize the ways and conditions of its effective implementation. The authors of the article consider to be the most promising implementation of this pedagogical process on the basis of communicative-activity oriented approach to training, which ensures its compliance with the requirements of more and more complicated military-professional business communication. The level of business speech culture formation (reproductive, productive, creative) among cadets of military universities, as well as groups of their skills (imitative, modeling and spontaneous) act as a result of the process of business speech culture formation on the basis of communicative and activity oriented approach to training. The article describes the characteristics of the pedagogical process under study and shows the correlation of the acquired knowledge and skills developed in the process of business speech culture formation with organizational-thinking, organizational-communicative and organizational-practical stages of training. The authors give examples of various kinds of business games use that contribute to the improvement of speech activity of cadets in the conditions of military-professional business communication. At the same time, the article emphasizes the compliance of knowledge acquired by cadets with normative, communicative and ethical aspects of business speech culture. The results and conclusions of the study expand the understanding of such concepts as "speech activity", "culture of business speech and business communication of servicemen", "business game", "communicative-activity oriented approach to training". The article may be interesting to scientists conducting research both in the field of business communication and in the field of professional military education.

The requirements for the training of vocational education teachers are increasing every year. To date, the role of the implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in higher pedagogical educational institutions has increased. Technological competence has become an integral part of teacher training. One of the best ways to form technological competence is practice, since the formation of a vocational education teacher occurs only in activities, during the implementation of certain operations by students. The relevance of the article is due to the need to form technological competence among students of a pedagogical university to satisfy the needs of the state and society in highly qualified specialists. The purpose of the article is to establish a system for the formation of technological competence of a teacher of vocational training at a university during educational practice. In the process of internships, students analyze classes in vocational educational organizations, study educational and design activities in vocational educational organizations, study and implement personality-oriented and vocationally-oriented teaching technologies and techniques, highlight the problems of vocational education in the field of vocational, social – educational, training and production activities. As a methodological basis for working towards the formation of technological competence, the concept of professional formation of the personality is used, according to which the core of professional formation is the development of the personality in the process of training, mastering the profession and performing professional activities. The study is based on such theoretical and methodological approaches as: systemic, personality-oriented and activity-based approaches. In the course of our work, we established a system for the formation of the technological competence of a teacher and determined that practice is one of the most significant components of the professional training of any specialist. It allows the student to put into practice the existing knowledge and experience in professional activities.

The relevance of the problem under study is due to the need of modern society for the development of gifted children and talented youth, capable of self-realization and the development of their intellectual and creative potential as a factor in the innovative development of society. The role of the educational school is dominant in this process, but the role of parenthood in the psychological and pedagogical support of the process of “cultivating” the child’s giftedness and student youth talents should not be underestimated. However, there are questions concerning the concepts of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children by various social institutions, including parents. The purpose of the article: to substantiate theoretically and identify the concept of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children by their parents. The leading approaches to the study of the problem of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children by parents are systemic, subject-activity oriented, those of equal basic opportunities, social partnership, an individual approach, and feedback. These approaches were applied to the study of the psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children by parents as a part of the Talents University 2.0. activities in the framework of the government program "Strategic talents management in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020". The principal idea is that the psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children and talented students should be in creating conditions for self-realization of children and youth in a new scientific, educational and creative environment. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the Talents University 2.0 as an authorized body for the implementation of the “Perspective” concept, the government program and the initiator of a database of winners and prize-winners of competitive events, becomes an innovative scientific, educational and creative environment for the manifestation and development of children’s gifts and students’ talents. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the contribution to the theory of psychological and pedagogical support with new concepts for the development of the intellectual and creative potential of gifted children and talented youth. The practical significance of the article lies in the opportunity to use the creative experience of the Talents University 2.0. in the work with parents as strategic talent management in the innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan and in the possibility of transforming this experience into other regions of the Russian Federation. The main results of the article reflect new concepts of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children in the joint activities of parents.

Today, in the context of reforming the education system in Russia, a significant trend of changes is the actualization of educational services export. Priority government projects are aimed at increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of Russian education in the international educational services market. The ongoing processes of globalization and internationalization of education, the strategic priorities of state policy and the real practice of professional training implementation actualize the need to study the organizational and methodological support of professional training of foreign students at a university. The purpose of the study is to develop and theoretically substantiate an invariant model of organizational and methodological support for the training of foreign students at a university. The method of scientific research is the modeling method. Using this method allows you systematically, in a generalized form to display the structure of the analyzed phenomenon, the relationship between its elements. In the course of the work, the author relies on a systematic approach, which allows interpreting professional training as an active, personality-oriented process of forming competences in the consumer of an educational service as a complex of professional knowledge and skills, consisting in personal transformation and development in accordance with the requirements of a certain professional activity. Foreign students are a special category of students whose personal and educational characteristics are determined by the political, social, cultural, linguistic and other contexts of their previous education. In the course of the study, an invariant model of organizational and methodological support for the training of foreign students at a university was designed and theoretically substantiated. The theoretical significance of the work is in comprehension of the organizational and methodological support for the professional training of foreign students. The use of this invariant model in a particular educational institution allows you to create the necessary pedagogical conditions for the implementation of the organizational and methodological support of professional training of foreign students, which determines the practical significance of the work.

Marital and family relationships have various foundations; relationships based on love are their ideal, desirable kind. The requests of the modern individual regarding family and marriage are determined not only by a desire for emotional intimacy, but also (due to the erotic revolution of the twentieth century) a new - included in the love content - need for the erotic component of a romantic love feeling. Thus, a married couple faces new challenges that test reciprocity and the depth of a love feeling uniting them, in particular, a poorly studied character of unfaithfulness; love experience may include an event of unfaithfulness resulting from a lack of the evolutionary logic of love understanding, psychological "hygiene" of family relationships. The article is devoted to the examination of the feeling of love in marriage and family relations at the present stage of their existence, as well as some reasons leading to the disharmony of interpersonal relationships in marriage.

The article is devoted to the problem of increasing motivation to learn a foreign language in non-linguistic university. It considers the issue of independent work of students, coordinated by the teacher. University curriculum gives insufficient amount of time to language learning, so it is necessary to direct and motivate students to study independently. The author makes an assessment of the legislative initiative to include the institution of criminal misconduct in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the contradictions in the development of criminal and tort-administrative law are revealed. The author justifies the proposal on the feasibility of radical reforming of these branches of legislation taking into account domestic legal assumptions.

The authors consider actual theoretical issues of regulating the institution of land acquisition for government or municipal needs. They examine the problems caused by the gaps in legal regulation. One can pick out among them the absence of a legislatively established definition of state or municipal needs, the lack of fixed legal responsibility of authorized bodies for the use of acquired land plots contrary to the stated goals, the lack of the possibility to cancel the decision on acquisition and reverse the implementation of such a decision, the lack of obligation to pay compensation to users of residential premises located on acquired land plots. In addition, they discuss such problems as an open list of grounds for land acquisition and the ambiguous prioritization of legislation regulating public affairs related to land acquisition for state or municipal needs. As a result of the study, the authors propose a solution to these problems by making certain adjustments to the law.

The article examines the social relations between the subjects of ownership relationships arising from the circulation and use of rights to intellectual property and means of individualization of legal entities and goods complicated by a foreign element. The purpose of the study is to systematize the accumulated scientific knowledge about international economic transactions, the subject of which are intellectual rights, to formulate the concept of a foreign economic transaction in the field of intellectual rights and to characterize its features. The methodological basis of the study is determined in accordance with the goal and is based on the general methodological approach of material positivism and following from the general to the particular. The author applies general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, as well as special legal methods: legal comparison, formal legal method, systematic method and method of classifications.

Participation in the hearing through videoconferencing is becoming increasingly accessible for individuals seeking judicial protection of the right. However, the procedural rules for organizing hearings in such a way have some drawbacks. The author of this article analyzes articles about video conferencing from various procedural codes and pays special attention to the solution of this problem in the Code on Administrative Offenses. There are some notes about disadvantages of current regulation in this article, as well as some recommendations for improving the situation.

The concept of “crime category” is one of the fundamental and most frequently used in the theory of criminal law. This work is an attempt to study the development of the crime categories system in the history of Russian criminal legislation. There is a definition of the category as a whole, as well as the categorization of crimes in the article. The author studied the key artifacts of Russian law, starting from the most ancient period of Russian history and ending with the present day. In conclusion, the fact is highlighted that the division of criminal offenses according to their objects prevailed in criminal law norms over a fairly long period of time. The division of crimes into categories appeared not long ago, and the current system of categories of crimes fixed in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 1996 may be recognized as one of the most successful experience of legislative division of crimes into categories in the history of domestic criminal law.

In this article, the author analyzes the changes in the Federal Law dated December 31, 2017 No. 503 “About Amendments to the Federal Law “About Production and Consumption Wastes” and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” regulating the functioning of the new solid municipal wastes management system: content of innovations and the mechanism of their application. The author of the article makes an attempt to investigate the semantic features of mental verbs of the English language. The basis of the functional-semantic field of mental activity verbs is the frame "Mental", which means the various aspects of the actualization of the general concept in the mental activity process. The aim of the research is to identify obligatory and non-obligatory components in the structure of the frame "Mental". On the basis of the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that the frame method is universal, as it allows us to identify conceptual and lexical-semantic information.
