In connection with elaboration of a teacher’s professional standard, National system of teacher development, new models of teacher’s certification for compliance with the requirements for the competence in performing professional activities and functions, the problem of content and forms in programs of additional professional education and advanced training as a part of it is becoming more important. The relevance of data presented in this article is also determined by the necessity of understanding not only a teacher’s deficits and difficulties in professional work, but also fixing predictors of self-effectiveness as ability to teach something to pupils controlling their education and development at the same time. The purpose of the research is to determine a correlation between professional knowledge and skills and work experience of a teacher: what knowledge and skills are characteristic for a qualification category and what appear as new knowledge due to experience of pedagogical activity. More than 1000 subject teachers of General education institutions of Krasnoyarsk region participated in the questionnaire survey. They examine the results of certain knowledge and skills self-evaluation considering as structural components of professional competence/professional activities of a teacher. Interpretation of the results depending on category and teaching experience of a teacher is made on the basis of teachers’ personal and professional development patterns and the requirements of the professional standard «Pedagogue» for professional competence of teachers in performing their work activities. The authors believe that presence or absence of a qualification category do not always indicate the real level of teacher’s professionalism, that should lead to modification of certification model in terms of the professional standard «Pedagogue» and National system of teacher development adoption. The information obtained as a result of the empirical data analysis will allow to design properly the process of pedagogues qualification improvement according to their professional demands and to prove unreasonableness of arranging qualification improvement courses for teachers of a certain qualification category; and it will be a guideline for development of teachers’ certification models (where teachers received a qualification category would not pass a regular recertification, since development is irreversible), that determines practical significance of the research undertaken.

In this article, the author examines the ways and means to improve the effectiveness of physical education in a university on example of qualitative improvement of standing long jump results during physical training lessons. The fact, that university students do not always show good results when passing the standard tests of GTO physical culture and sports complex, proves the relevance and necessity of this work. The purpose of the study is to increase the students' standing long jump results in a relatively short time. The research tasks: to improve the standing long jump technique; selection and effective application of physical training means (speed-strength exercises) to increase the standing long jump results; the development of muscle groups that increase jumping results. The main method in the study of this problem is pedagogical experiment, as well as the method of statistical processing of quantitative research results. 40 third-year students took part in the experiment. The results of the experiment clearly showed that using this complex of speed-strength exercises made it possible, in a short period of time, to increase the students' standing long jump results significantly. Thus, the most effective speed-strength physical exercises are determined, which, in the author's opinion, can be effectively used in the process of physical training by students to improve their results in this kind of jumps. The study showed that systematic work to increase the speed and strength of students, the development of leg muscles during physical training lessons allows not only to improve qualitative results in standing long jump, but also to solve the educational and recreational tasks of physical culture effectively, that increase the overall physical condition of students. Achieving goals in this work allows us to reveal the potential capabilities of students in this type of physical exercise comprehensively. This work will help specialists who are performing physical training in higher education institutions to help students in improving their results in the specific form of the control test (standing long jump) while passing the GTO standards.

The search for new educational forms, methods and practices is imperative today in the context of modernization and adaptation of education to new socio-economic and technological realities. The article considers the role of further vocational training in general and the role of further language training in particular as a flexible tool of lifelong learning and continuous education. The key peculiarities of further language education courses are regarded. New foreign concepts of education and self-study (heutagogy) are paid attention to. The article analyses the roles of a teacher and a learner in terms of self-study organization. An individual learning path is viewed as an efficient form of self-study. Various definitions of this term are provided as well as the author’s one. The pedagogical model with the use of individual learning path is presented. The model is based on the combination of invariable and variable modules through the employment of the individual learning path. Pedagogical support complex is an additional element of the model. It is designed to accompany and consult the learners. Awareness is seen as a key feature of self-study and its main characteristics are presented in accordance with psychological research. The notions of synchronous and asynchronous learning are presented and analyzed in the framework of self-study. The hypothesis that an individual learning path results in the synergy of synchronous and asynchronous learning is proved by the experiment.

The urgency of the presented research is conditioned by the need to ensure the fundamental character of education in a university and to eliminate contradictions in the system of professional training of specialists in applied mathematics, fundamental computer science and programming. The main idea here is full use of interdisciplinary integration potential, implemented with the introduction of modern information technologies into learning process. It is shown, that in the solution of the formulated problem, a significant role is played by training courses, their subject of study are mathematical models based on interdisciplinary integration. An example of such integrated disciplines is a course devoted to the fractal sets elements theory. At the same time, an optimal combination in the content of teaching theory, abstraction and realization is proposed. Thus, the aim of the study is to construct a methodological system for teaching the fractal sets elements theory as a component of future specialists in the field of applied mathematics, fundamental computer science and programming fundamental training system. As a result of the experimental research having been carried out since 2010 and the experimental teaching of the course " Fractal sets elements theory ", various methodological approaches to the study of the proposed course contents by students of various specialties have been formed. All developed approaches contribute to the development of students’ research competencies through an appropriately constructed system of tasks that helps students to acquire a system of thinking, the ability to structure and analyze information, draw conclusions, reason, and think creatively. In the process of teaching fractal geometry, the motivational, cognitive, developing, controlling, control-evaluation and other functions of the learning process are performed, interdisciplinary skills are established and developed. Students master mathematical methods of research, comprehend methodology of mathematical models, understand the interrelationships of scientific methods, approaches and techniques developed in different fields of knowledge, and that contributes to the development of their scientific world outlook.

The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the need to meet the social demand from the systems of schoolchildren physical education (the developed thinking and outlook of students) and the additional education of children (use of its didactic potential for the development of students). At present, in the system of additional remote physics learning, the following scientific and methodological problems exist: thinking in teaching is transmissible, but in the physics methodology there is no clear idea of its transmission ways; the conditions of remote education impose significant restrictions on the learning process, therefore, the search for methodical solutions to the problem of the physical thinking norms mastering is required; in the remote learning system, work is mainly organized with signs (tests, drawings, models, etc.), therefore, taking into account the requirements of the FSES, the goal to develop the sign physical thinking is the most promising and reachable. The purpose of this work is to search for methodical technique of physical thinking development in the system of additional remote learning for general school students. The main methods of this work are methods of successive approximations in formulation of physical thinking norms, learning situations modeling, the element-by-element analysis of students' reports in order to elaborate effective teaching methods. The article substantiates the approach to consideration of physical thinking through mental activity, expressed by the norms of subject learning activity - modeling and experimentation. The work presents the norms of physical thinking formulations in the language of skills, as well as the methods of their development in the system of remote education. The research results may be used for modeling and experimentation norms methodology construction in class-lesson system of education.

The article is devoted to the topical issue of a modern person confusion in the face of the "end of history" (F. Fukuyama): large collective projects, that invariably supplied a "historical" perspective to a "private" being, had exhausted themselves by the end of the twentieth century. However, this fact does not in any way cancel the request of individual existence for historical projection: the need for self-projecting of future is the fundamental attribute of human existence; the way of organizing time by individual consciousness (E. Husserl). The ability to handle time becomes today a key condition for authentic (joint-individual and, as a consequence, collective) historical existence. The pulsing present, which includes both the past and the future at the same time, becomes a platform for an "accurate" historical gestalt because of the "temporary fields" imposition (E. Husserl). Each taken separately modern "adult" (E. Erikson) individually experiences the "end of history" as a personal drama (the final resolution of the identity crisis in the "middle of life" (E. Erikson)), in which (with proper treatment of the past as a "fragment" of the present) he finds sources of further growth (a meaningful increase in volume (development of care meta-virtue) and the power of the ego) and personal future projecting. This idea of history (as a collective future emerging from authentic "personal" / local projects) is especially important for Russia, which is still concerned with the search for a "national idea" in the format of a "grand historical project": "the end of history" has come for everybody.
