Today Russia is constantly strengthening its position on the market of educational services. In this regard, normative documents governing the process of foreign students’ training are reviewed and corrected. The relevance of the presented research is explained by the necessity of preparation, testing and edition of new textbooks and training manuals in accordance with corresponding orders and the current level of science development and teaching practice, including those used for teaching computer science to foreign students who undergo the preparation on additional general education programs. It is supposed to use the modern science and practice achievements to get high results of education at subject, personal and interdisciplinary level. Thus, the aim of the conducted research is the analysis of experience of teaching computer science to foreign citizens in Russian as a foreign language that allows to highlight main problems revealed during teaching process. Main methods in this case are: analysis and synthesis of literature used in teaching computer science to foreign citizens at the International Education Faculty at Tambov State Technical University; analysis and synthesis of results obtained during interviews and tests that reveal the effectiveness of mastering the material, and also forecasting of the education process quality after changing the structure of training manual on computer science. In this article the methodology of teaching computer science in Russian as a foreign language is presented. The main peculiarities of this methodology are: dividing the course of computer science as well as the training material into two parts – introductory and main part – and the unified structure of classes that include pre-text tasks, the adapted text and post-text tasks. As a result of the experimental research conducted since 2012 to present time and experiential teaching of computer science in Russian as a foreign language, there were developed methodical approaches to selecting, adaptation, structuring, presenting the necessary text material, choosing optimal in composition, number and purpose: 1) pre-text tasks aimed at preparing students for reading the text on the suggested subject and including term analysis, analysis of grammar structures that occur in the text; 2) post-text tasks aimed at consolidation of the studied material and containing questions and tasks for understanding the studied text, the material structuring. The practical use of the suggested system of classes on computer science for foreign citizens with the use of multimedia means allows to activate the learners’ cognitive activity, to increase their interest in learning the discipline, and, as a result, the effectiveness of the whole education process.

The relevance of the studied problem is confirmed by the growing interest in using the methodological principles of logistics in various areas of scientific and practical activities of people. One of the most significant activities is pedagogics, which is the object of analysis for compatibility with logistics in this article. The aim of the study is to define and structure a new interdisciplinary direction, called "pedagogical logistics". The leading approach is to consider the pedagogical process as a system of flow components, united by a common goal. Logistics provides a methodology for optimizing flows of any nature and, in this context, is applicable to pedagogics. Pedagogical flows are considered as educational and upbringing, imposed on students, in conditions created by material and technical flows. The continuity of pedagogical flows is synchronized with managerial flows of staffing, quality control of educational processes and strategic planning. The article gives the author's vision of pedagogical flows composition: personnel, the flow of students, disciplinary and information, educational and material, technical, quality control, strategic planning. All the flows of pedagogical process pass through the entrance, internal and output stages and the basic concepts of procurement, production and distribution logistics are applicable to them. Disciplinary-information and educational-upbringing flows overlap each other and form a unique chain of information supply and organizational components for students. These flows form the content part of the pedagogical process, they are dependent on other pedagogical flows and require special attention. Material-technical flow forms the infrastructure of the pedagogical process and by its nature is the main object of logistics. The flow of quality control represents continuous feedback of both managerial monitoring of the pedagogical process quality and control and measurement materials on the competences of the students. The flow of strategic planning represents the data of the pedagogical process internal and external environment strategic analysis, the formation and updating of the objectives tree and planning of the corresponding activities. Theoretical significance of the research is to justify the possibility of applying the methodological basis of logistics to pedagogics, decomposition of its flows and definition of pedagogical logistics goal in the field of system integration of identified flows. The practical significance of the research is to provide a basis for optimizing the pedagogical process.

The article poses an urgent problem of transition from a set of scientific paradigms of education to one new paradigm. The presence of a full-fledged scientific paradigm becomes the most important condition for solving both the most common and many specific problems of modern education. The aim of the article is to develop methodological support for education that corresponds to the development of a modern scientific and technical information society. The study of the problem was carried out on the basis of the concept of the historical dynamics of the scientific knowledge by Thomas Kuhn. This approach allows to consider modern methodological models of education as components of revolutionary transformation in the period of a new education paradigm formation. On the base of domestic and foreign literature review, it was concluded that the development of pedagogical ideas within the technocratic paradigm was in the direction of the knowledge base and the creative state of the individual strengthening, provided with his worldview potential. It is shown that the consistent implementation of humanistic ideas in theory and practice of Russian science since the 80's of the XX century led to approval of the personality-oriented education paradigm. It is argued that many new paradigms resulting from the formation of new pedagogical vision can be defined as applied or "particular new" ones. All " particular new" paradigms are associated with the "old" paradigm, which gave birth to them. Between themselves, " particular new" paradigms are connected through the "old" paradigm as a source. They are also connected to each other by the subject of research. It is proposed to unite paradigms on the basis of the methodological principle of complementarity, since each " particular new" education paradigm contains model elements of the "old" paradigm. Theoretically it is shown, that in the search for a new paradigm, there is a convergence and a consistent unification of separate particular paradigms. The article presents a dialogue of paradigms, currently taking place in science, leading to their definite conjugation and formation of one common new paradigm. The fundamentalization of modern education practice in mastering nonclassical and post-non-classical paradigms is substantiated. This is necessary for highly qualified specialist training who is interested in self-change, capable of creating his own image of the studied academic discipline, ready for professional self-realization. The article gives an analysis of the conditions for the professional self-realization of a specialist's personality, important for the practice of modern education, including his personal-semantic, motivational and needful, instrumental, emotional-volitional, reflexive-evaluative characteristics. It is argued that self-realization considering as a complex concept was the result of the unification, convergence of particular paradigms in pedagogy and psychology in achieving a common goal - understanding the essence of self-realization phenomenon. At the same time, the contents of the concepts "self-expression" and "culture of self-expression" are revealed. In conclusion, it is asserted that the modern period of pedagogy development corresponds, in the context of the concept by T. Kuhn, to the period of scientific revolution, preceding the design of a holistic, time-appropriate, new scientific education paradigm.

At present, special education faces an acute problem of identification and correction of reading disorders preconditions in children with general underdevelopment of speech (GUS) level III and correct “presentation” of the problem by specialists to families with such children. Analyzing psychological and pedagogical literature, we can say that reading disorders preconditions make difficulties for speech (phonetic-phonemic and lexical-grammatical categories) as well as mental processes formation, which are necessary for full development of a child. In addition, teachers have limited knowledge of techniques and methods of these preconditions correction and, therefore, experts have problems in conveying the necessary information for parents of children with these disorders. In this regard, there is an urgent question of composing such didactic manuals that will allow teachers and parents to explore, build and individualize corrective speech therapy process in children with GUS level III, with reading disorders preconditions and predisposition to dyslexia. The aim of this study is composing and testing of specially designed workbooks and methodological recommendations for parents and teachers raising children with the GUS level III to prevent preconditions of reading disorders before school. In the course of psycho-pedagogical experiment with 30 children in the experimental group (with GUS level III) and 30 children in the control group (conditionally normative speech development) we have composed and tested a workbook for a preschooler " I gnaw the science granite. Elimination of the barriers to reading" and guidelines for parents and teachers "Advice from a speech therapist about reading and preconditions of its disorders in children with the GUS level III". The use of these manuals in our study, as we expected, helped to identify and correct some features of psycholinguistic and psychophysical nature in children having the preconditions of reading disorders with GUS level III, with the use of health preserving technologies and also to conduct a complex of consulting activities with parents and teachers to inform them better. The material accumulated in the framework of the University grant "Development and use of workbooks as an effective means of independent work of parents with children with speech disorders", allows us to speak about efficiency and, consequently, feasibility of our didactic manuals implementation.

. It is noted that metonymy like metophores is also actively used in Kyrgyz proverbs. Proverbs express the generalization of some phenomena in a very brief condensed form, observing the rules of the statement with an accurate transmission of the idea. Therefore, proverbs can reflect a great idea briefly, but weighty. In such cases the role of polysemantic words is great. Metonymy is one of special ways to create such polysemy.
