The functionality of biblical image in Zakhar Prilepin’s novel "Resident" is considered, the meaning of direct citation interfacing and evangelic intertextuality asymmetric variation is revealed. It is proved that the author-narrator expresses axiological poetic manner of work with the help of allusions, reminiscences, interpretations of scenes from the books of the Old and the New Covenant, gives assessment characters, shows the depth of the spiritual crisis of the 1920s leading Russian people to the disaster, determines the ways out the “outer darkness” of the age of civil wars, famine and decay.

An overview of modern concepts of the origin of life and man are presented. It is suggested that new anthropological and paleontological discoveries significantly change current perception of anthropology and show falsity of human species concept. It is indicated that ancestors of modern humans were both Neanderthals and recently discovered human species (living at the same time with Homo Sapiens) "Floresiensis" and "Denisovan". Modern genetic researches of Hominids` mitochondrial and nuclear DNA indicated that they (Hominids) made a considerable contribution to the origin of Homo sapiens (otherwise modern humans), and became deadlock branch of evolution. It is indicated that, Neanderthal, Denisovan and Floresiensis genome coincides with the genome of the modern man in a few percent (1-4%). That is enough to confirm the fact of crossing (hybridization) of early modern humans with Neanderthals. It is suggested that modern humans are biologically represented by only one species (Homo sapiens). Psychologically, the sign of ancestors visible in the human psyche, is the result of crossing of several "ancestors".

The paper describes the approach to classification of the main methods of management of state and municipal property. The authors show positive and negative characteristics of the privatization of state and municipal property, the transfer of state and municipal property for rent, transfer of state and municipal property in the free use, transfer of state and municipal property in trust management of state and municipal property by the concession agreement. It is concluded that the effect of the chosen method on the efficiency of economic processes.

The paper presents the structure and content of the additional secondary (general developmental) program of the course "Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science" for students of 7-9 grades. The program is considered from the standpoint of the organization in an educational institution for Continuous Mathematical Education in the relationship of basic and additional educational programs for students of all profiles, in particular students in classes with in-depth study of mathematics or computer science.

The paper is devoted to the study of the proverbs picture of the world with the key token of “promise” in English language. This topic is important in modern linguistic science. The aim of the paper is to establish the main features of lexical components in the language and to define the ethnic identity of analyzed proverbs. The proverbs in this research have been analyzed in the framework of cognitive approach. The English proverbs reflect a social way of the peoples’ life.

The pilot research in this paper is about the interconnections of metaphors about Enemy and about Friend with metaphors about the subject of the life line of adult persons. Within the framework of this selection, metaphors about the subject of the life line of adult persons are different. Metaphor with different intensity of the subject position, of the authorship of the own life line are discovered by us. Accentuation of the authorship of the life line is connected with polarization of appreciations of the Enemy and of the Friend and with the strengthening of positive features of the Friend image and of negative features of the Enemy image. Metaphors with low intensity of borders between the person and his social environment are connected with the ambivalent images of Enemy and of Friend, with the attribution of positive and negative features to the Enemy and to the Friend.

The author establishes the mathematical model for evaluating the level of formation of competences, taking into account the structure of the existing e-learning courses in distance learning system of Nosov’s Magnitogorsk State Technical University. The proposed paper is devoted to theoretical problem – the possibility of applying the death penalty and other penalties for crimes against public authorities by the example of Ancient Rome. The article deals with the interpretation of the structure of crimes against the Roman state during the periods of Republic and Empire («the insult of the Majesty of the Roman people») and punishment – from exile («the prohibition of fire and water») outside of the state to the death penalty. Exile were mainly used in the period of the Republic for the support of the enemies of Rome; a holiday on will of prisoners; desertion; preparation of murder of the official; attempts to diminish the greatness of the gods, the Senate, the removal of magistrates from office, reduce power people's tribune. The death penalty was administered mainly during the Empire the attempts of the conspiracy, insulting the head of the Roman state, support for the enemies of the Emperor. Often the use of the death penalty depended on the arbitrariness of the monarch where the subjects had no offence against the government. The mercy of animals during circus performances and crucifixion were special forms of the death penalty, because they contained a warning that rebellion against the state or its officials entails a painful death.

The actuality of this research is conditioned that the notion “central bank” (CB) is background, base and equally often is used the modern researcher in ensemble of the scientific work. However at present considering happened changes to modern world economy (as follows, appeared the notion “supranational CB”), is absent the modern universal interpretation for notion “CB”. This article is devoted to study of the problem of definition of term “central bank”. This problem is explained that at present nor one of existing modern wordings given notions in domestic and foreign scientific literature is not full, also not is taken into account world experience to activity CB. We offer to systematize domestic and foreign theoretical approaches to determination “CB” depending on made in determinations main accent. We received the following systematization of Russian definitions: definitions, with an emphasis on the fact that the Central Bank – is the main bank of the country (or group of countries), which regulates monetary and credit sphere of the State; a bank that pursues the monetary and credit policy (MCP); this is a government bank, which depends on the state and / or providing services to the government; this is a government bank, which is issuing institution; a financial intermediary between the state and the economy; is a national financial institution; definitions with an emphasis on belonging to the state and the Central Bank of the fulfillment of the basic functions that distinguish it from a commercial bank; definitions with emphasis only on the Central Bank's functions. We received the following systematization of foreign definitions: definitions with an emphasis on the fact that the Central Bank is the main bank of the country, endowed with the dominant competence with respect to commercial banks; this is the country's central bank or monetary union, to perform certain functions in the state; this is bank conducting MCP serving the state and commercial banks and executing certain functions. As a result we have installed modern Russian-speaking, English-speaking and German-speaking theoretical approaches to determination “CB”, which similar between itself and have value and defect. The Analysis and systematization Russian and foreign determinations for term «central bank» allow us to do the findings about similarities and difference between national and supranational CB. Occidental economic literature is ahead of the Russian scientific literature on timeliness of basic economic conceptual apparatus renovation. Despite the variety of points of view, the similarity of understanding and interpretation of the term “Bank” by Russian and Western economists, unity in formulating definitions for the Central Bank is not observed. We offer to carry in scientific economy-vocabulary turn new elaborated wording for term “CB”, which, on our opinion, more universal and actual and can be equally applying for explanation of essence national and supranational CB. The proposed determination has an essential superiority.

The problem of teaching a second foreign language phonetics to students is observed in this paper from the point of view that phonetic skills profoundly contribute to communicative competence formation on the whole. It is obvious that phonetic skills determine how successful the communication on a foreign language is. When teaching the German language phonetics to students whose first foreign language is English, the phonetic difficulties can be caused by the phonetic phenomenon of transfer. To eliminate the first foreign language phonetic influence on the phonetics of the second foreign language a teacher has to understand clearly why it occurs. In order to take the process of phonetic skills formation under control and to make it somewhat predictable, the teaching methods should be aimed at minimization of unconscious phonetic transfer.

In the paper the method of imitating modeling of studying by the student of some hypothetical discipline which is calculating on 15 weeks and coming to an end with examination is considered. On the basis of fundamental psychology and pedagogical regularities of learning the mathematical multicomponent model of training is constructed. It is taking into account: 1) the division of the student's knowledge in dependence of the memory strength into three categories; 2) the duration of lessons and intervals between them; 3) the distribution of educational information on themes and on time; 4) complexity of the training material; 5) repeated studying of some themes during preparation for the test or examination; 6) the degree of the using of educational material of the previous themes when studying the current theme. The result of modelling are represented.

Experts have difficulties with the introduction of a new criterion of mistakes analysis (criterion of success / failure of a communication act). The author concludes that the communication failure is often a result of incorrect syntactic constructions, whereas the morphologic and lexical deviations seldom influence the efficiency of communication.

The paper considers the results of the experimental part of the dissertation research “Development of creative activity of student's in social and cultural university activities”. The author describes the technique of organization of the pedagogical experiment based on the method of control and experimental groups. When analyzing the dynamics of the studied process during the experimental work the indices of the time series were used. The reliability of the obtained data was tested using the K.
