The relevance of the problem under study is due to the changing paradigm of the Russian education system, the introduction of new state educational standards at all levels. Under these conditions, the system of choreographic special education, including the only choreographic college named after Akseniya and Natalia Poselskykh in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), which provides professional training in the field of choreographic art, is undergoing radical transformations. With the introduction of new standards, the system of secondary vocational education was not sufficiently prepared for the radical changes taking place in society. Pedagogical groups do not have scientifically based recommendations concerning the organization of educational work, there are no methodological approaches to the study of the basic component of the state educational standard of the medical and biological cycle such as biology, chemistry, physics, etc. However, the development of thinking culture among the students concerning the use of certain chemicals, conscious and safe handling of these substances, learning the rules of rational and balanced nutrition in everyday life is directly associated with these disciplines. Their learning contributes to the establishment of such valuable concepts as “healthy lifestyle”, "culture of health", "food culture", etc. The purpose of the article is to form cognitive interest by organizing an elective course “Chemistry and Healthy Nutrition” for students of the ballet school (college). A survey (questionnaire) “Cognitive interest in the subject of chemistry” was conducted during the study. The results of the survey indicate that students do not show enough interest in the subject of chemistry. This elective course “Chemistry and Healthy Nutrition” will make it possible to promote a cognitive interest in the subject of chemistry, to develop skills in the use of chemicals, conscious and safe handling of these substances, to learn the rules of a rational and balanced diet.

The importance of the problem under consideration is determined by the need to improve the methodological and didactic organization of professionally oriented language learning process. The purpose of the article is to consider the role of a training manual in the practice of professionally oriented foreign language teaching; the features that make it possible to evaluate the methodological and didactic suitability of a particular training manual. Research methods of abstract analysis, methodological and didactic sampling, modeling, forecasting have been applied. The important criteria have been determined for the training manual structure, as well as its dominant contribution to the development of future specialists’ foreign language skills. The object of the study is educational and methodological materials designed to ensure professionally oriented language learning process for technical universities students. The subject of the study is training manuals that form professional foreign language competence of future economic and technical specialists studying German. The study revealed that both the notion of existence of universal, effective methods of foreign language teaching and the idea of an "ideal" training manual development for solving all methodological and didactic problems should be abandoned. This is true not only for educational materials in German for foreign learners developed in Russia, but for the original ones published in Germany. Even when a training manual is developed in the progressive conditions for subject methodology and didactics, this does not mean it may be efficiently used everywhere. Each training manual should be supplemented, revised, and adapted to the specific educational situations. All materials should correspond to the changing conditions of socio-economic and political life. Each instructor should have information about the actual conditions of educational process among the target group, and have a permanent opportunity to get acquainted with various training manuals and teaching methods. The training manual itself is not a guarantee of a good lesson. Everything depends on the way the educational materials content is implemented in a practical lesson. The results of the research make it possible for a foreign language teacher to expand and bring up to date the methodological and didactic core of the educational process, to improve language skills in practice.

The article focuses on the issue of the need for inclusive education in modern society, reviews sources on the inclusive education of children with disabilities, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of integrated education and inclusion. The development of inclusive education practices for the integration of children with disabilities into the general educational environment is recognized as a priority in most countries, including Russia. Russian and foreign researchers offer various methods and technologies for organizing the joint education of children with normal development and various developmental conditions. However, simply placing disabled children together with healthy children does not provide positive results. Instead, the conditions, programs, environment and educational tools must be changed in a way that every child has the opportunity to get a high quality education. To achieve these goals, school teaching methodology must be restructured in such a way that it can fully meet the diverse needs of all students and enhance communication and interaction between them. One of the main opportunities to provide high quality education and solve the numerous current issues in the teaching and socialization of children is the use of multimedia training systems. This modern and developing educational resource has the potential to become an important tool for the social integration of children with disabilities. Thanks to its interactivity and flexibility, high-quality multimedia content easily adapts the educational process to the socio-cultural specifics and interests of students, and can be adjusted to individual styles and learning progress. The opportunities provided by multimedia technologies are especially useful for working with disabled children who require special, individualized educational programs. The article also describes the advantages of multimedia technologies introduction in inclusive education. It is shown how multimedia education systems can compensate for certain difficulties experienced in working with inclusive classes. The authors demonstrate the multimedia system for general primary school they are developing, featuring numerous media tools for the development of a child's intellectual and creative potential, regardless of a child's health condition.

The change in the further progressive development of society is associated with ensuring the rates of economic growth, giving our economy an innovative character. The key to the success of the innovative activity of the society is the dynamic development of all sectors of the economy, including education and high-quality professional growth of qualified human resources. The Government of the Russian Federation, when developing a national project in the field of education, is instructed to proceed from the statement that it is necessary to achieve the following goals and targets by 2024. These are to ensure global competitiveness of Russian education, to provide for the Russian Federation a place among top 10 countries in the world in terms of general education quality. The main aspect is the upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person on the basis of the spiritual and moral values of the peoples of the Russian Federation, historical and national cultural traditions. According to the strategy, the necessary condition for the trajectory of innovative development is the provision of an information environment for vocational education, which is the basis for dynamic economic growth and social development of society, a factor in the well-being of citizens and the security of the country. The reform of vocational education is carried out through the development of a new generation of state educational standards and appropriate teaching and methodological support, as well as the expansion of interaction between educational institutions and employers, the development of academic mobility programs for students, teachers, researchers, and administrative personnel. An important aspect of the problem under study is to provide in the process of vocational training active engagement of students in the project activity, by solving professional problems through project activities. These do not require a clear attachment to the type and structure of the lesson, the topic of the lesson, the subject itself. Project tasks have a creative component in professional work. Solving them, students are not limited to the scope of the usual learning task, they are free to invent, fantasize. The main goal of the project tasks is to involve the trainees in thinking about what is unknown, the formation of different ways of cooperation. The main condition is the ability to transfer known methods of actions (knowledge, skills) to a new practical situation for them, where the result would be an actually created product (text, chart, etc.). In addition, the article presents the technology of vocational training to improve the educational process of middle-level specialists training in the technical school and suggests a model aimed at the formation of cultural and professional competences based on the fulfillment of a number of pedagogical conditions. This, in turn, actualizes the consideration of the pedagogical conditions of education in the technical school. The set of pedagogical conditions is a set of related components aimed at achieving the main result - the development of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of trainees and raising the level of general scientific and professional culture. As a result of the study, we have identified scientifically based pedagogical and methodological recommendations for the use of a business simulator in vocational training in the educational environment of a technical school. Thus, there are contradictions between the ambition of teachers and masters of professional educational institutions to promote cognitive activity, to develop creative abilities of students in conditions of professional training and the lack of necessary didactic and methodological support in the educational environment. This explains the need of carrying out research aimed at identifying modern methods of teaching students to implement creative projects as one of the most important aspects of this problem. The article will be interesting for teachers, instructors of vocational training, post-graduate students, undergraduates, as well as for the managers at all levels of professional education.

The United States of America became the birthplace of the classical presidential Republic. The war for independence clearly showed the rebellious colonists that the country desperately needed its own strong head of state, who should be the head of the executive power, and the fear of a possible “tyranny of assembly” led to the rejection of traditional British parliamentarism. The need to create an effective system of checks and balances realized by them led not only to the emergence of an independent judiciary, but also to the real possibilities of each federal branch of power to exercise not only their own powers, but also, depending on the situation, to neutralize the attempts of other branches of power to go beyond the constitutional authority and usurp state power.

The study of the phenomenon of love (and the erotic feeling of love, in particular, as the standard that still remains in terms of explicating human nature) goes back to Plato’s philosophy, who laid down in general the classical tradition of treating love as “ideal” (“Platonic love”). Thus, as a mirror reflecting the nature of man ("spirit - body"), erotic love reveals all axiological preferences of the classical philosophical tradition, which distinguishes the first component as more significant one. “Platonic love” in the context of the relationship between a man and a woman, while structuring the feeling of love, emphasizes spiritual aspect (“love - sex”). Subsequent sociohistorical epochs through consistently implemented sexual and erotic revolutions demonstrated the possibilities of restructuring erotic love (“love - erotica - sex”), as well as limiting the axiological accents of “non-platonic” types of love (sexuality; eroticism). The article is devoted to the search for the essence of the erotic love feeling (as reflecting human nature most fully), its structure and specific manifestation (with organic merits and demerits).

The need to take into account the modern environment realities of many economy sectors functioning, requiring the ability to work in the digital environment, makes relevant the research aimed at identifying the motivation of future graduates in the implementation of innovative educational technologies in the educational process. In this regard, the purpose of this study is the identification of motivational factors for students to use innovative educational technologies in the learning process independently. The leading method for investigating this problem is the method of aggregate estimates, based on the compilation of the Likert scale used to determine the student’s social attitudes towards the posed problem. The study required the use of a whole range of methods, such as observation, polling, drawing up the Likert scale, calculating Spearman’s rank correlation coefficients, etc. According to the results of the students’ questionnaire survey, the authors study the factors that allow identifying students' motivation to use innovative technologies in the educational process, providing for independent work based on them. In the conditions of general digitalization of the economy, which will influence the future professional activities of current students, it is necessary to take into account the paradigm of the new technological order and get ready for it. In this regard, the formation, retention and development of students’ motivation is a new strategy that must be implemented in the educational process. However, the introduction of innovations in education should not exclude, in the opinion of students, the participation of a teacher in the educational process, which was also noted during the study. Thus, according to the results of a study based on the use of the Likert scale, the formation of motivational factors revealed a close relationship between the use of innovative educational technologies in the educational process and increasing students' interest in the educational process aimed at obtaining the necessary knowledge that can provide their adaptation to the demands of the modern economy.
